Yesterday I was at Pulaski. I ordered 1 slice of pizza. I paid and the man put the slice in the oven to warm it up... he then disappeared... I stood at the counter almost 15 minutes... I rang the bell on the counter for service couple times and nobody came out... finally a woman who was eating lunch in dining room went in the back , took my slice out of the oven... it was completely WAY over cooked at that point... not edible.. I told her 3 times I don't want it.. she boxed it anyway and brought it to me...I took it and left as I was short on time... I couldn't wait longer for a fresh slice...basically I paid $7 for a soda as the pizza was not edible... disappointed to say the least.. usually has great food and service...

My fish was overcooked, a little dry. French fries were crispy and lightly salted, just like I like them My salad was delightfully fresh. The service was excellent and we were not rushed out after our meal, we were able to finish our chat.

Came for a Valentine's dinner and wasn't impressed. Food took forever and some of it was cold, some of it was old, and when the main meal (pizza) came out, they didn't bring us plates. The staff that waited on us only came back to our table when I went to get them to refill my drink and then to give me a box for leftovers and the bill. Have been here before and I do realize they have staffing issues, but as a business owner I do too. Would like to see them improve their cooking and wait staff to be better at servicing customers. I will come back again, but not anytime soon. You need to do better!

Tonight we stopped at Stefano's for 2 quick items. All we ordered was a meatball sub & a chicken Parm sub to go. Even tho they were not busy, only 1 customer in the entire restaurant, it took them over an hour to make 2 subs!!! This is the second time we have waited over an hour for to go food! The 1st time we called ahead, got there exactly when they claimed it would b ready, & still had to wait another hour!!!! I don't know what the problem is in your kitchen but it needs to b remedied immediately!!!! I'd say the fact that your kitchen was staffed by what appeared to b high school kids, not an actual adult in sight, u might want to start making changes there!!!

Best Sicilian pasta ever. Their chicken riggies are the best!Parking: There are some spots and handicap parking in the front, but there's high traffic and it's a tight squeeze.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking and a ramp for wheelchairs.

Not necessarily a sports bar but a place that I would definitely go watch AC Milan play. The food was spectacular and the people were amazingly friendly and cooperative. We got the large family meal deal and were very surprised by quantity and quality.

Literally sat here and waited for my pizza and when they brought it out they gave us no plates. No big deal they will notice when they come back. I WAS WRONG. Ate off the hardwood like pigs. #

Traveling for 3hrs with 4 more to go we chose to come here and eat.. worst decision made… after watching a party of over 20 (who I’m sure made reservations and ordered before showing) come in after us sit, eat, chat, and leave while we patiently waited.. not to mention the other 3 tables that also came in after us order and get served before us… we received our appetizer and sides to the dinners we ordered 30 mins after ordering and an hr from receiving that we asked our waiter a few times about our dinner, he informed us he had asked numerous times about our food and was ignored by the kitchen staff so we then decided, no hard feelings, we would pay for the drinks, cold yet over cooked appetizer, lettuce, and bread we did receive and go somewhere else since we still had a long drive ahead of us… we were told by our waiter, when we asked him for a bill for what we did get, that our bill was being prepared by his manager… and what a joke… shameful honestly.. she tried to charge us $108 with some food on our bill we ordered yet didn’t receive and thought we would want her have the kitchen finish cooking our dinners, that took them an hr and 15 mins to begin and weren’t even finished cooking when she had the audacity to ask if we still wanted it, and she’d have the kitchen staff put them in containers for us to leave with if we wished.. I’ll remind u that I mentioned we were traveling in the beginning, so if I wanted to eat on the go I would’ve stopped at McDonald’s and not chose somewhere I ordered a pasta dinner I thought I’d be able to sit and enjoy, we kindly told her we didn’t want the food at that point nor did we think the bill was fair… and the food added that we didn’t receive should be taken off. I also asked to see the menu again so I could be sure we were actually being charged correctly for what we did receive and your manager refused, instead she chose to say that’s the amount of the bill and expected us to pay… AND the embarrassment was ridiculous as u have other customers making comments to their company in the form of “ hey sally do u want dinner for free too” as if we came looking for free meals and hand outs! I, as well as the other adults I was accompanied with, have very good paying jobs and we had every intention on EATING AND PAYING for our meals. AND we had more than enough money with us to PAY! Disgraceful is the way your manager handled this entire situation, not only causing a waste in your restaurants food, but also costing our waiter what would have been an amazing tip for him because his service was impeccable! This isn’t a place I’d ever return to nor would I ever recommend to my colleagues who also do a lot of traveling and like to stop in random towns and try out new restaurants with good reviews. I hope moving forward u would teach your kitchen staff and manager the importance of good customer service. Thank u for the $100 fountain soda, burnt stuck together cold cheese sticks, lettuce, and over buttered hard garlic knots. This experience definitely made a good story for horrible stops in our travels book. Chick-fil-A was more than grateful for our business and we were able to be back on the road eating our “on the go” food 10 minutes after ordering ?

It's definitely not the stefanos pizza quality that I left New York to 2 years ago. While the crust was still yeasty and delicious, we ordered a party cut and made the tragic mistake of ordering onions on half. What made this so tragic you may ask, well nowhere in the history of pizza have caramelized burnt onion rings ever belonged on a pizza.Parking: Has always the front parking lot is extremely tight to back out of, just remember that there's still plenty of parking behind the building and along the side.
