I ordered a number 1 and when I got its I tasted the French fries AND THEY WERE COLD I had to heat them up when I got home but the burger was fine never coming back her even the man in front of us said his coffee was cold plus that lady was acting all mad like she runs me never come here

It was the Popeyes, not the burger king. The kisook was difficult when I went to counter they acted like they didn't want to assist me. The girl took my order and my money and preceded, to make my food without any gloves or washing her hands and got very offended when I told her, you couldn't do that you either need to wash your hands or put on some gloves. Of course, she chose to give me my money back.

First time I saw a guard at birger king. Besides that, its a good place. If I have to spend $10 for junk food I would choose chick fila over burger king because you get more value in food quality. If I have to choose between burger king and mcdonalds then I would choose burger king over mcdonalds.

I really like Burger King, it’s one of my favorite places. But this specific location has disappointed me many times. They always mess up my order — sometimes they forget an item, and other times they give me the completely wrong order.
At first, I thought it was just a mistake, but it kept happening again and again. So now, I’ve stopped going to this location and started going to a different Burger King nearby. That one is much better and more reliable.
I hope this location improves.

This Burger King was nice and clean when I went in. Quick service since it was relatively empty and my Original Chicken Sandwich was nice and hot (a rarity for Burger Kings for some reason).

I asked manager for a regular size cup of hot water to use with my cup of noodles and the manager didn’t give enough hot water and I asked for just a little more to fill up the cup of noodles and or else it won’t be enough to fill to the top to evenly cooked the noodles and she stubbornly didn’t care to add little more hot water. It’s unfortunate that she couldn’t use common sense to understand about that and gave an attitude what a bad management and incompetent person she was. Not a happy customer going there and this place received a 1 star and not recommending you to go to this place at 217-10 Hillside Ave., Queens, NY
