Place to eat with family and friends, very good atmosphere ?
The food was worth the money, I was there with 8 adults and 2 kids. The atmosphere is nice, but not much room to move around. We all had a good time, the only thing I did not like is them adding a $35 tip to my bill, I was not given a choice or told about this prior to receiving the bill. I can see how this could deter people from coming back.

I have been here many times and I am quite satisfied with it. However, today’s dinner experience was very poor. There were very few dishes and the fruits were not fresh. There was no free dessert. I had offered it every time before. I don’t know if it was because of time issues. The dishes on weekends are different from those on weekdays, and the price only differs by a few dollars.

I have been to better buffets than this and believe me they are not as expensive as this one that I came for what I paid to eat in a restaurant, for the price it is better to eat in a restaurant

Like everything else in our lives. Prices going up, lobsters disappearing from menu, crab legs you have to fight for but good selection and some quality food is still there. Sushi selection and quality is great. Expect to pay at least $40 per person at dinner time.
Parking: Parking is for the whole Mall. Expect to walk 500’

Now, it's known to Umi Sushi & Seafood Buffet - 2nd time returning to done here, under new management. Food is good, fresh & variety of popular choices, more sashimi options & sushi to pick from. Friendly service at a fair price, 10% discount for age 65+. Not a fancy or upscale AYCE place but better than equivalent of Denny's and Friendly's when hungry.
Parking: NYC parking meters in front of and side of restaurant, off-street free parking lot (shared) in back of restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible main entrance.

The taste of the food was average or below average. Perhaps because it was lunch time, the menu was very poor. 30 minutes after entering the restaurant, the staff brought us the bill. I was eating rice. I felt very bad.

Mid to okay food. When the lady who gave us our drinks gave us the bill and we didn't pay immediately she took our plates without asking. We were still eating she just wanted us gone for some reason as if we aren't gonna pay for the food or something. Then when I went to play the bill some guy who worked there told me that the tip isn't included in the bill and I said okay and he kept saying it as if I was gonna tip after having my meal taken away from me so rudely. Why would the management make their staff push for tips so hard on the customers to the point that they are basically shaming you for not tipping after receiving horrible service. This place is probably also commiting tax fraud also because after taxes my bill came up to $66.81 and the lady at the register just put in $66.81 in the point of sale device without any tax added in the reciept. The food wasn't even that good but the place did look nice and looked well kept.
