Pizza is undercooked! When you call to speak to an employee he was very combative and unprofessional. He was cutting me off. So rude! Food is undercooked and professionalism is disgusting! I will be reaching out to corporate because this is so unprofessional! This location needs to be closed or change of management needs to happen from the franchise owner.
Horrible service. I ordered buffalo wings and the chicken was raw and uncooked. I called and explained the situation and the lady told me mam that’s how we cook our chicken. I ask to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager with attitude then told me to bring back the chicken so she can put it back and re- cook it. I took the chicken back and told her I did not want it I was turned off. I ask for pizza instead because she didn’t want to refund my money. Very unprofessional. Never will I order again from them.

I ordered on the app... Used the 2 or more for $6.99 coupon and I got dinner for under $30. Arrived and gave my order # to the young woman at the counter and she promptly got my order and didn't forget the extra sauces I requested (honestly that's a plus in my book) she was friendly, smiled and took my card. This was the ideal transaction... Utterly seamless... It almost never works this way. Got home and tried my pie, wings and tots and everything was on point! This is a great location... Keep it up!

I called to order 2 large pizzas and the person on the phone said 40 mins waiting time, so I asked why so long and his response was they are busy, he can go ahead and cancel my order. I said you didn't ask me if I want to proceed with the order and he disconnected the call. I call back and asked for the store manager and again the call was disconnected again. Unfortunately I did not get the employee name. Mind you I am a regular customer at this branch Francis Lewis.
