This is the worst dunkin doughnuts I ever experienced the supervisor made my coffee mf gave me cold coffee did not made a new batch nothing there customer service is very rude and unprofessional the owner of this branch should take these comments and seriously do something about it

I asked for my 9 year old child to use the restroom and they refused. I was willing to buy something just so he could use the restroom and they still refused! My child was literally holding his stomach and crouching in pain and they still refused!! My child pooped himself in the parking lot because they are not human beings!!!

Out of 2 employees working there, neither of them understood the simple things I was telling them. They made my iced coffees so light that they were literally more cream than coffee. All I wanted was a drink that was more coffee than cream. These people looked at me like I was the one not making sense, when I very clearly told them the issue. If you don't speak English or understand it, you should not be working at the counter. It's not complicated.
