We just got our mobile order over $30 and it is the worst food that I ever bought at McDonald’s. It’s dry and old. It’s like they had it sitting there for hours. The worst thing about it’s that it was a custom order so that I would’ve thought it would’ve been fresh. Unfortunately we drove back home and don’t have time to go back and give them back to them. I swear everything was thrown in the garbage because even if I didn’t have anything else to eat I would’ve never eat this crap. Another thing is that it was on a weekend which should be busier than a weekday. I’d imagine how bad the food is then. I try calling but no one answered. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS MCDONALD.

The managers were very nice. The cashier Ishrat was very helpful and accommodating. The young lady (Lauren)packing the otders was wonderful as well. Everything was correct and served in a timely manner

I recently visited this McDonald’s and, although my order was initially mixed up, the experience turned out to be very positive thanks to Isabella. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to resolve the issue. Her professionalism and genuine care for customers truly stood out and made my visit much more enjoyable.
The drive-thru line was a bit long and moved slower than expected, but the staff remained friendly and efficient despite the rush. When I finally received my food, it was hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy — just the way McDonald’s fries should be! The quality of the food definitely made up for any earlier delays.
Overall, I appreciate how Isabella and the team handled everything. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again.

Drive thru is lacking in basic skills how can you get two orders wrong twice.
The people that does the fries do not wear gloves I literally watched the scoop the fries some dropped and he put it in. UNACCEPTABLE. The tables look liked they haven’t been wiped, it has old coffee stains on them. The manager isn’t telling anyone to wear gloves just walking around smiling that’s it. Come people yall have to wear gloves yall touching people food we don’t know if yall wash yall hands

They didn't call me when the food was ready, and then managed to throw the food away instead of giving it to me. The crew members are punishing random customers for their own miserable life, in which they will be locked up forever in such a dangerous neighborhood. For God's sake, please reconstruct this franchise into a shelter and make McDonalds safe again

Everything that's deep fried like chicken nuggets, mcchicken sandwich and fries were overcooked to the point of dryness. Never had I been to a McDonald's which such poor quality food. Barely edible. Service was slow and there's no coke mixer machine. Bad food is unforgivable. Avoid at all costs.
