The guy took our order in drive-thru then I paid at the first window then told me to go to second window. When I pulled up to the second window the indian guy was super mad and got loud with me and told me I never said come to this window yet! Now go back around and get on line again to get your food!. So I left. I didn't pay extra to get that service of someone being ignorant. FOH! I spent $30.00 and never got my food! Retrain your staff.

I was picking up food at this store today. When I saw that my order was ready, I told the cashier in front of me. The cashier looked at my order number and did not help me get my food. Instead, he walked to the side of my food bag to do it. Something else! Isn't this a matter of work attitude? 2/22 5:35

I feel that this is one of the good McDonald’s and I’m so glad it’s close to me. The employees always appear well organized and work as a team which I appreciate seeing. However my only concern is that some days they have security and block off the doors because of the students coming out of the school around the area. They can be wild as most teens are, and also several homeless people come in and beg for you to buy them something while you’re ordering at the kiosk. I do appreciate the clean restaurant though but those factors unfortunately bring it down. The restaurant and staff itself is a 4/5.

Close down the restaurant at night, why even open. The staff is absolutely horrendous. I Highly recommend avoiding this place at night.
ordered and paid for a medium smoothie, gave me a small and filled it up half way, went to the worker and she gave me mad attitude. stop hiring 16 yr olds who can barely do the job

I pulled up to the drive through and the lady was so rude. Had so much attitude for absolutely no reason, it was disgusting. She would ask me to repeat the items i ordered multiple times which is no problem, but the least she can do is not catch an attitude just because she’s the idiot and can’t hear me. I pull forward, her face just says it all, her attitude is, like I said, absolutely disgusting. No one is forcing you to work, either do it right or leave. And when I get my food, my smoothies aren’t even filled up along w my fries. They are so much lower than the line. So not only do you have to deal with the disgusting customer service, you don’t get your moneys worth with these portions. The amount they put of everything, equaled to a medium and nowhere near a large. Will never be coming back to deal with the horrible workers there.
