I placed an order Super Bowl Sunday at 1030am for a 6pm ready pick up. We arrived at 545pm, husband called in and asked if the order was ready. Girl on the line told him we have a lot of orders we’ll start it at 6 so it will be about an hour. What 6pm ready means ready at 6pm. Not start making at 6. Needless to say we cancelled our $85 order and went local in bayside. Very disappointing!
Pizza Hut would be our favorite for pizza nights. As of recently , I moved and have been ordering from the 22003 Hillside Ave branch and I am unsure if the pizza quality is deteriorating , or there’s an issue with the branch not making good pizzas. The pizzas are chewy and hard. Forget about cheese ticks. I don’t know why they don’t stop advertising it as cheese sticks if I am actually getting an overdried slab of cheese on their regular breadsticks.
I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and paid by credit card and paid driver tip in cash and wrote 0(zero) on receipt BUT DRIVER HAD THE NERVE TO PUT $7.00 TIP. MANAGER REFUSE TO COME TO PHONE WHEN I CALLER TO COMPLAIN AND CORPPRATE OFFICE HAS NOT RESPONDED YET. SO THIEFT IS SOMETHING PIZZA HIT CORPORATION IS OKAY WITH BY THEIR RESPONSE TO ME. WILL BE TAKING THIS ISSUE FURTHER. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR SHADY PRACTICES
