I was disappointed with the staff’s attitude. I asked if it was possible to get extra fries instead of the biscuits in the Family Meal, and the supervisor responded very rudely when the cashier asked him. His dismissive reaction made the whole experience unpleasant.

I wish I could give them negative star instead of 1 star
All day I didn’t eat and decided to stop by this location… first of all the girl at the drive through who took my order had the nastiest attitude. Rushed me and doesn’t know how to talk to paying customers.
When I got to the window I told her to give me sig sauce, she said its extra $1 which is fine, I said ok but she didn’t again let me finish and didn’t hear that I asked for hot sauce as well. I had to again remind her and she gave me attitude over that too.
And when I got my order
Chicken was so oily and soggy. Felt like it was fried 3 times.
We use hands to eat the food and their was no napkins. Napkins should be mandatory with to go orders like this!
I ordered coleslaw and they didn’t put spoon to eat it smh!!!!!!
Ridiculous!!!! Never returning unfortunately

We literally have to wait 30 mins for drive thru seriously guys business doesn’t work like that maybe there is only one guy working inside we were here at 11:21 and till 11:51 no food still waiting………

The worst store i have ever been

I Came here with a friend because he wanted Popeyes. We waited on the line for 10 minutes just to get to the menu box, only for the lady to say, “Order at the window.” Then it took another 10 minutes to even reach the window.

We finally pull up, and she asks, “Did you order a six-piece box?” We’re like… what? You literally just told us to order at the window.
We get there and she’s the only person working both the register AND the window. I asked who the guy standing there was—she said he was the manager. He didn’t help at all while 5 cars were in line.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Popeyes really needs to do better. I just shake my head. I don’t know how they stay in business operating like this. Bad business.

One of the worst Popeyes locations. Have given this place multiple chances and always a bad experience and I've finally learned my lesson. Most recently they overcooked the crap out of my family chicken meal and spicy chicken sandwich. Freaking horrendous waste of money for inedible food. I am so annoyed I will waste my time to write a letter to corporate and hopefully they close this dump down so they stop ripping off the community.

On 11/5/25 at approx 2:00p I ordered a meal for my son on my Popeyes app for him to pick up after school. He is a student w/ no money on him. When he went to this location they would not give him the food I paid for. Even though he verified order #, NAME & EMAIL! The female worker & manager gave him a UNNECESSARY DIFFICULT TIME. The picture is the manager that enforced this ridiculous policy. Please retrain your staff. My son verified order # , NAME & EMAIL!

Today i got fried chicken i was put into in garbage because taste was not good and chicken creating smell and his service was not good i was wait there 25 minutes the guy was busy on his phone

Today I got fried chicken there his chicken was dry and taste like burn and it look like old so I will never come back again here and service was soooo bad

The experience was terrible, we ordered the family meal with 10 piece chicken, a side, and 4 pieces of the biscuits. We requested for fries and the employees gave us coleslaw saying there was no fries when we ordered fries.

To begin with firstly when ordering through the drive through its like they never hear you have to repeat your self constantly, secondly majority of the times always out of chicken breast even if they have breast and you asked to substitute with another piece and you willingly will pay the extra it’s like they don’t wanna sell it
