Every time I go I buy the same thing and they put different prices on me

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this Popeyes location. Consistently, they fail to include basic condiments with meals—even complimentary items like ketchup are often missing. Additionally, the restaurant frequently advertises promotional items that are not actually available. On multiple visits, I’ve asked for popcorn shrimp or other seafood options, only to be told they’re out of stock.

Given the rising cost of fast food, it’s frustrating to spend over $20 on a meal and receive noticeably small portions—sometimes even being served wings instead of more substantial pieces of chicken.

This isn’t the right box for wing. They gave me wings in a biscuit box so the box drunk all the sauce. Didn’t properly spread the sauce because… guess what… it’s in a biscuit box.

Also, it’s obvious that whoever owns this place only hires family and friends….

The employees at this location have to deal with the rough customers and harassment of the EDPs and druggies that are in the park next to this location. That can be the reason why they make errors in orders but the other reason is the employees taking orders do not fully understand what you are ordering. Use the kiosk, app, website to place your orders or write down on paper what you want to order do not rely on verbal orders at this location.What this location does to the rice and beans is unacceptable, they will mix water into the rice and beans when they should discard non edible rice and beans that dried out. The watered down rice and beans is not edible. Chicken is usually undercooked at this location and they don't want to be told to cook the chicken longer. The employees here should get additional hazard pay since they removed the plastic barriers at the counter or bulletproof type glass needs to be installed. NYPD will occasionally monitor this location after incidents occur. The dining area is small and difficult to keep clean due to the customers leaving a mess and there is no drive through so you do have to go into this location at your own risk so survey the inside of this location from outside through the large windows before entering and take your food to go to avoid any type of criminal activity or harassment.

Worst customer service with attitude and want to charge you extra, if you want different piece chicken in your 6 dollar big box. They want to give you what they want to give you

All the women have nasty attitudes towards the customers. I stopped going there honestly because the sauce packets are usually dirty or sticky & the chicken always made my stomach hurt

The chicken and fries were very greasy and off tasting. Not the Popeyes chicken I have had at other franchises. Really wanted to give the food zero stars. Yuck, don't waste your time or money at this place, Union Tpke. Glen Oaks.

Please save your money. They are very rude. Its so nasty in there. She doesn't even uses gloves to touch the food to serve to customers.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever stopped zero stars customer service is horrible! Get ready to deal with attitude as you enter

This place is terrible there is no standard with the food. It can be ok or over cook to the point of being burnt out undercooked to the point where you see blood on the bone :(
