The employees at this location have to deal with the rough customers and harassment of the EDPs and druggies that are in the park next to this location. That can be the reason why they make errors in orders but the other reason is the employees taking orders do not fully understand what you are ordering. Use the kiosk, app, website to place your orders or write down on paper what you want to order do not rely on verbal orders at this location.What this location does to the rice...
I see why this location has 3 stars. Most locations toss their wings in the sauce and this location drizzles it on. I've only had one mishap with them; they have good customer service. This however is ridiculous. I'll just go here for items that don't need much attention or effort, I guess.
