I asked the owner, Kevan, whether the chicken is halal because he has previously misled customers. He was very rude, and I believe the halal certification should be investigated. It seems he is using money and other incentives to sway opinions about the quality of his food.
Overall, the quality of his overpriced items is questionable.

I was born and raised in Queens my entire life. I grew up on West Indian food and I love it like it’s my own culture. But when I tell you I’ve never had such beautiful authentic Guyanese food! The beautiful crunchy skin from that fried chicken and fried rice I was offered as a free sample turned me into a lifetime customer. The most gorgeously authentic Guyanese Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. I also ordered fresh roti with a small order of curry snapper and curry shrimp. I felt like I was in the kitchen with my auntie having a nice plate after a long day. Great service and food that hugs your heart!

My husband and I were looking for some good authentic roti and curry. We checked out all the reviews and chose this spot. Wrong!! We entered and barely received a greeting from the young lady coming from the back and she didn’t offer any assistance with menu options. All and all the food was below average, roti tasteless and the curry goat had some tender pieces but it also has some tough pieces. The curry chicken could have maybe cooked awhile longer to make it a bit more tender. She also said they don’t have doubles.. I would have passed on that had I k own that first… all in all people should write honest reviews because I traveled over an hour to get here for this disappointment!!

The people working at Roti Paradise are so rude and nasty. Especially the lady in front taking orders. She looks angry and was annoyed we were there . She got even more annoyed if you ask questions . She turned her face away when I said thank you. Terrible service and the food is not that good either .

We bought dinner today from this place. Bought 2 chicken fryrice and a few other items like drinks and tennis roll. The fried rice and chicken is no good, it's about a day or 2 day old chicken fryrice they just warm it back the sauce that they put on the chicken it thick and cold it's like they just take it out from the refrigerator and put it on the chicken. We tasted it ,it's no good we throw it in the trash because we are afraid of getting food poison. Please sell food that is fresh and not food that's stale. I call roti paradise and let them know the person that answer the phone was very rude and she hang up.i call them 2 times more they never answer. Very bad customer service. Am very disappointed. I wouldn't be going there anymore.

Reading the reviews and why am I not surprised....I recently gave them a good review on doordash, but I quickly retracted that, why you may ask... why....the same thing all the other customers said, nasty vibes and ignorant attitude... how can u work at a place...and not know if the pepper is hot or tasty or slightly....ohh no body eats pepper in here, she will say lol... I don't like hoggish people... sure if a Yankee walk in....watch how they pander....but not me....I give the same vibes and energy you give me... simple. Zero stars for bad customer service....hire people who can show enthusiasm for your business....btw I changed my review on door dash don't be asking for any reviews with nasty attitude ?
