The orders are made fresh.
The soda machine doesn't work properly the day of my visit, the ice was served on the side and when I asked for more the guy makes some faces.
The place keeps an old fashion style but they can improve the lights and the cleanliness of the place.
The service was fast, but the staff were rude and if you ask for something they make faces or give you attitude.

Came around midnight on a Wednesday after a Brand New concert at UBS.

Staff was patient and friendly.
Service was slow, the impossible sliders were seriously void of flavor or any kind of dressings but damn, the crinkle fries are probably the best fast food fries I've ever had.
The other patrons (most also from the show I was at) had great vibes and were even feeling chatty.
Not the greatest experience slider wise but it was minutes to closing time so I didn't expect much and, the prices are really decent (just not the taxes - YIKES)!

Overall a good place to stop off for a quick, relatively affordable bite.

White castles is good but the people that work there need to really take more time in preparing your food even though you're not there they should still take time to prepare your food the way you like it sometimes a french fries is not cooked thoroughly through sometimes they don't steer me a burgers sometimes they overcook the mozzarella sticks White castles is a good place to eat but just sometimes they just don't act right

This place is a staple. What would Springfield be without this restaurant

Went through the drive thru and the person ya have is very rude and unprofessional. He was annoyed we had a big order and then when it came time for us to get the order almost half the order was missing.
