Food wasn't fresh. I ordered clams no tartar sauce. Food is not the same. I will not go back there

The food was supposed to be fresh but the fish tasted like it was sitting to the side from someone who didn't want it anymore. The burgers were good but took forever to come out, the fries with cheese were okay but taste a little old. Than as a bonus so I thought the chicken rings were old tasting. I come from PA to get some of my classic foods and was not a happy camper after getting my food. To make things worst as we are waiting for our food there is a homeless guy standing at my truck asking for money and cigarettes. Unbelievable, NYC needs security at the drive up windows when a person is spending money. Scary I almost forgot I'm from NYC. What in the heck is happening 😳

The orders are made fresh.
The soda machine doesn't work properly the day of my visit, the ice was served on the side and when I asked for more the guy makes some faces.
The place keeps an old fashion style but they can improve the lights and the cleanliness of the place.
The service was fast, but the staff were rude and if you ask for something they make faces or give you attitude.

Came around midnight on a Wednesday after a Brand New concert at UBS.
Staff was patient and friendly.
Service was slow, the impossible sliders were seriously void of flavor or any kind of dressings but damn, the crinkle fries are probably the best fast food fries I've ever had.
The other patrons (most also from the show I was at) had great vibes and were even feeling chatty.
Not the greatest experience slider wise but it was minutes to closing time so I didn't expect much and, the prices are really decent (just not the taxes - YIKES)!
Overall a good place to stop off for a quick, relatively affordable bite.
