Billy Mac's Pizzeria

They won't make special orders and don't care about their customers plain and simple. Doing their job is just too much, please drive somewhere else. How many times can one politely ask for light sauce and get passive aggressive extra sauce? Like I'm so sick of it I'll never order there again.

Here is the pizza we got after asking for light sauce, meaning way less sauce then normal, either this is light sauce and the normal pizza has a gallon of sauce, or they just dgaf about making your order how you want it.

Who wants to complain on the internet?? I don't but after like 7-10 times of this it's clear they fl up your order on purpose. Enough already.

This place was known as Little Joe’s when I was a kid. If you love sweet sauce this is the place to go. I make the trip up from Buffalo just for that sweet sweet sauce.

Order whole pizza i get half then have to wait a half hr to get the other half with no discount for their incompetence

Really really disappointed. I have had good subs from here before. Today I got a Royal, the roll was so toasted it was literally hard as a rock even burnt on the ends... almost no lettuce, it was supposed to have cheese, I did not see any, the tomatoes cut so thin that they were barely visible and impossible to taste. Now it’s impossible to believe that the person who made this sub was unaware of the poor quality of the sun sold to me. When a food establishment does not value the quality of the food that is a red flag about what could be going on out of the customer’s sight. I will not be back. I live too far away to run back… so I am out $16..

Love their sweet sauce. It’s very distinct, and original. I feel like a lot of places claim to have sweet sauce, but this one is Definitely sweet, but in the best way possible. I would have never come here if I didn’t meet my husband, and him being from Ransomville, but I’m so glad his family introduced me to their delicious pizza??. The pizza is all I’ve tried from there before, so this is strictly a pizza review. Once I placed my order, it took about 35 min to become ready. I paid I believe $23 for a half tray (half cheese/half pepperoni). The crust is delicious too, not too thick or thin, a good balance. They give you can option of sweet sauce or regular, and I’ll always pick sweet ???.

Pizza was loaded with sauce and undercooked. Chicken wings had loads of garlic powder just dumped on them, this made them gritty and undeniable. 60.00 for 1/2 try and 30 wings that I could not eat.. So sad as I was a frequent Billy Mac customer..

the pizza was under cooked and loaded with sauce It reminded me of school pizza.. it was inedible.The wings were under cooked and the honey garlic wings had a massive amount of garlic powder just dumped on top of them making them gritty. For the price I paid I would have expected better..

Ordered a salad. Very disappointed to find that its made with shredded sub lettuce. Who wants a salad made with that?! Basically all topping no lettuce, waste of $14.

The day had Buffalo Bills in play off with Chiefs, order pizza and wings, food was perfect and no wait.then day of super bowl last week, between Tampa and chiefs, order pizza and wings again, perfect. thank you, Billy Mac's Pizzeria,1- 29-2023 ordered pizza and wings yum perfect really good.a few weeks ago, got subs delicious

Good food and prices

The pizza was not so good. All the toppings and cheese were sliding off, so we had to rst it with a spork we had in the car. But it was nice to have someplace to get something to eat on that long drive. They also have sub sandwiches, chicken, and tacos. Probably should have tried one of those.
