Terrible service, nobody knows English, always screwing up my order, they never give me back the right change. Takes 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Not sure what happened but dunkin is not the same and everybody in town is upset and talking about it.. please hire people who can do the job correctly please!

It used to be great with the old staff but they completely got rid of everyone that used to work here and they were replaced all at the same time and now everytime i online order they never have it ready on time and most of the time just starting it when i get there because they’re all in the back when i walk in.. it’s just gone very down hill lately and it sucks because i used to love going here on my breaks but now i can’t because 1) they usually don’t make the drink right and 2) i don’t have enough time now because it takes forever!

I didn’t take a picture, but this was the best Dunkin breakfast sandwich I’ve had. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. So good.The cold brew, with oat milk, was fantastic.Fast, friendly service.Downside- it’s in a gas station. Pros- it’s in a gas station.

This Dunkin' is so convenient! We stop here on our way home from Old Fort Niagara every year. The service was excellent and the food tasty. It was a great way to start our day.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Not sure if the door had an automatic opener or not

I went in to this Dunkin location on Saturday(6-24-24). When I walked in I noticed right away that there was only one person working both the front and driverhru. Making drinks and food all by herself. You could tell right away. She handled it amazingly. Her name is Mackenzie. Mackenzie I hope you see this. You did an absolute amazing job. I hope your bosses see this as well. #dunkindonuts @dunkindonuts This woman deserves a raise. The five stars I leave are not for Dunkin donuts but for Mackenzie. Thank you for such amazing service. It does not go unnoticed.
