Asked for a frozen coffee, worker says they only have ice coffees. Language barrier is an issue. Even pulled up to the window to ask him for what I specifically wanted and he still proceeded to make and ice coffee. Very disappointed!

This place is pretty good and go there all the time before going to the barn everyone is very nice and the service does not take that long and the food taste amazing!! RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Terrible service, nobody knows English, always screwing up my order, they never give me back the right change. Takes 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Not sure what happened but dunkin is not the same and everybody in town is upset and talking about it.. please hire people who can do the job correctly please!
It used to be great with the old staff but they completely got rid of everyone that used to work here and they were replaced all at the same time and now everytime i online order they never have it ready on time and most of the time just starting it when i get there because they’re all in the back when i walk in.. it’s just gone very down hill lately and it sucks because i used to love going here on my breaks but now i can’t because 1) they usually don’t make the drink right and 2) i don’t have enough time now because it takes forever!

Adam and Ben are the best employees!!! They always take care of me when I go and have helped me tailor my drink to my taste. The only problem I have is that it's in that nasty Crosby's?
