I didn’t take a picture, but this was the best Dunkin breakfast sandwich I’ve had. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. So good.The cold brew, with oat milk, was fantastic.Fast, friendly service.Downside- it’s in a gas station. Pros- it’s in a gas station.

This Dunkin' is so convenient! We stop here on our way home from Old Fort Niagara every year. The service was excellent and the food tasty. It was a great way to start our day.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Not sure if the door had an automatic opener or not

I went in to this Dunkin location on Saturday(6-24-24). When I walked in I noticed right away that there was only one person working both the front and driverhru. Making drinks and food all by herself. You could tell right away. She handled it amazingly. Her name is Mackenzie. Mackenzie I hope you see this. You did an absolute amazing job. I hope your bosses see this as well. #dunkindonuts @dunkindonuts This woman deserves a raise. The five stars I leave are not for Dunkin donuts but for Mackenzie. Thank you for such amazing service. It does not go unnoticed.

Orders are often wrong, almost always out of decaf espresso so you get regular iced coffee that has no flavor or they give you caffeinated espresso. When I did manage to get a legit decaf vanilla latte it was very good but those times are few and far between and not worth the aggravation. And this is after going to three different locations.

I’m disappointed and annoyed that I was charged for a tap water without knowing. I had to do the math for my order because the price seemed off and only then did I find out :/

Friendly staff and usually fast service. I like mocha lattes and they get it right unlike Timmy's that hit or miss if you get a good one anymore.
