We have enjoyed these fabulous dinner cruises for many years and every time they are an absolute delight, even in gloomy rainy weather. The food is top notch every time, never a criticism. This particular one was very noisy in the dinning room and it stole from us the opportunity to listen to the informative naration of the captain. The service was great as always and staff very welcoming. I would never miss this trip and highly recommend it!

Had a very lovely Sunday brunch cruise. Very friendly staff, tasty food, and good drinks. The narration, recorded by the late captain, was informative and interesting, and keeps a connection with the 33 year history of the tour company.

This river cruise was very disappointing. The boat was to crowded to enjoy the scenery of the water. The food was good. It was not buffet because they pack people on like sardines. No room to move to the bar, restroom or the top of the boat. Don't waste your money on this boat ride if you want to enjoy the water and scenery.

A+ experience. First Raquette Lake Navigation cruise for wife and I. The lunch cruise was priced very reasonably for the collective experience of interaction, meals, and ever-changing views. The warm/welcoming staff receives 5/5 stars as does the chef for the care and attention to detail found more commonly in 5 star restaurant presentations. Top billing goes to the deep gentle voice from the past that laid out the well polished, story book narration of days gone by. Brian/Diana

2nd time doing the scenic boat ride. My husband and I sat to the front of the boat by the captain and could hear the naration perfectly clear. The male waiter (i forget his name) on September 21st 2024 was excellent. Very polite and friendly! The female bartender was so sweet as well. The captain even warned me when he was going to sound the horn and to cover my ears LOL. Overall, wonderful experience and would reccomend to all ages! I did see they had soft pretzels to order (I did not order any as we just had lunch at the tap room) but a lot of people were ordering them so they must have been good!

Rachel was an absolute gem.. everything she told me was true we went to the intimate dinner cruise 9/22 ... The weather was fantastic and I truly compliment her entire staff... She takes the family business very seriously and I can see the pride her and her staff takes in their job .. absolutely satisfied from the time we boarded till we departed for home... Great job!!!

Had a very nice lunch and afternoon. The boat was spotless and crew was very friendly and did a fantastic job. The food was good, not great, and the seating very crowded. Overall a nice afternoon. We will probably be back with a larger group next time.

2nd trip for us. 1st was the brunch cruise, this time the lunch cruise. Both trips were 100% enjoyment!

My family and I went on the dinner cruise tonight and were blown away by the experience, the staff was so attentive and friendly, the view was amazing (are there any bad views in the adk?), the boat was clean and nice, and the food was outstanding!!!!! Will definitely be making this a yearly trip!!!

This past week we participated in the special event cruise, with a stop at Camp Pine Knot. We had a spectacular time! Our tour guide at the camp was knowledgeable and engaging. The cruise itself was the best! Clean and very well kept boat, crew took care of everything we needed and were very friendly. Service was to notch! The food…so good! We will be back in the area next June and plan to reserve for our entire extended family so they can enjoy it too! Thanks to a great captain as well.
