I ordered an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. I specifically selected “regular” for the cream cheese, not light….yet, light is exactly what I got! If I’m paying almost $4 for my bagel, the least they could do is give me what it is I’m paying for! They charge extra for cream cheese, even if u just want the “regular” amount, so why not provide what I’m paying for?!
Also, I got a coffee & asked for 4 sugars in my medium sized coffee. Tasted like they might’ve added 2 at most! Had to go to the gas station in Massena and ask for sugar packets because Tim Hortons decided, again, not to provide me with what I ordered and paid for! Unacceptable! I get they’re busy in the mornings, or anytime, however, sacrificing good service for crappy service just to be faster is not where it’s at! I’ll be visiting a different location, or Dunkin, from now on.

I was so excited to find this Tim Hortons! I love their coffee; it is the only coffee I will drink. The staff was very friendly and my breakfast was delicious. Plus, I got a medium coffee, breakfast sandwich and a donut for only $7.54! That's a steal of a deal. Tried their mocha iced cap on the way home and it was so delicious as well. I'll take Tim Hortons over Dunkin or Starbucks or any of the rest of them any day!

Parking: Lots of parking. I fit my big gooseneck and truck easily.

I haven’t been there in a while. But the food was solid the coffee and donuts are good. I haven’t been to a lot of Tim Hortons have been to one in Canada. The food might’ve been a little aged and greasy. Great spot if you’re on the way to Canada.

I hate that their point value system went up for free items after 100-300 points . It is like 15 coffees purchased to receive a coffee reg or iced cream and sugar any size. And it used to be buy 7 get one free. Or 20 points per purchase and the highest items were dozen speciallty donuts. Other then that small thing they are great .
