Good bagels .. good coffee .. good service ..
Nothing else you can ask for from a bagels shop! All good!
**They do offer extras, but as with most things, those offerings change with the seasons ..
I've never been disappointed.
My price per person would be higher if I added in all the extras I bought this trip .. lol

although the food and service is good, I was charged two different prices for the same thing. And adding 3.99 % for using a debit card? Poorly lit menu over the counter.

Ironically I went in today and got the same
egg sandwich and was charged a different price. I'm going to step back for a while until the price is figured out

I had a great experience at this bagel shop. Faith helped me with my order and she was so sweet and patient when I had questions. The prices were very reasonable, and I was able to customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful.

Good prices, super quick, and they don’t skimp on the cream cheese. The bagel size is great for what you’re paying.

Love love love the food! The place was packed but orders were taken quickly and not too long of a wait. Breakfast sandwiches are the best!

I’ve been coming here for breakfast a couple of times a week (or at least I used to). I always found it odd that you couldn’t tip the staff with a credit card, but assumed it was due to an old point-of-sale system.

Now that they’ve upgraded to Clover — which absolutely allows tipping — I was excited to finally show appreciation for the team. But to my surprise, tipping is still completely disabled. That’s not a technical limitation — that’s a decision by ownership.

Owners, why don’t you let me CHOOSE to give your staff money? Are you still living in the 1950’s? Literally every coffee shop, bagel shop, and café in the country allows tipping. All of them.

I’ve spoken to other regulars who feel the same way, and we’re encouraging more people to stop going until this gets fixed.

The Bagel Shoppe was awesome! Great place to grab a quick, cheap, and tasty breakfast before getting on the road to start our roadtrip home. My husband and I both had egg, sausage, and cheese sandwiches on different bagels. The sandwiches were hot, everything was cooked well, and the cheese was melty and delicious. They also have a really cute coffee bar with different flavors of coffee and fun syrups. I got the butter pecan coffee, yum! The place was busy on a Sunday morning but the service was really quick. Check this place out!

Love it. Lots of spreads to choose from also many kinds of serve-yourself brewed coffee. Every time I'm in town I go there for breakfast or lunch.

Great New York bagels at reasonable prices. I was surprised at both how affordable my Nova sandwich was and also how delicious. It was well worth the drive to Red Hook New York.

This used to be one of my favorite bagel shops but they have gone down hill. The staff is often unfriendly and more concerned about talking to each other. Every time I order a western omelette they mess it up. The last time I ordered it I got eggs with peppers and onion and no ham. I didn’t return for a long time and decided to give this place a try again. Ordered the western omelette and got eggs with salsa. When I called the person who picked up was rude and told me, “well that’s a western omelette.” I spoke with someone else and was told that what they had given me was a Tex-mex omelette and not what I ordered. No option to refund over the phone. After driving 15 minutes there, picking up my incorrect order, and driving 15 minutes back the last thing I want to do is drive back and forth again. Will not be retuning to this place again. If you’re looking for a great bagel and friendly staff just drive a little bit further to go to Rhinebeck bagels.
