The food is Delicious & it is always a pleasure to come here to Flat Iron !! You are always greeted with smiles and made to feel Welcome . A bonus is the oysters on the half shell , Delicious 😋. Thanks to all at Flatiron and that includes the people that are not seen, chefs and all the people working so hard washing dishes !!!
The gluten free chicken special was fabulous. The fingerling potatoes - I want 50 more of them. Tasty wine. And Sarah, oh Sarah — give her a raise! So sweet and attentive and nice and hardworking. I have and will be back many times! Flatiron for the win!

However, seeing that mostly older people eat here. The fact that it has brick walls and no sound dampeners to stop the echo, for hearing challenged it makes it difficult to hear when busy.
For under $1k this could tastefully be fixed as truly high end restaurants do.
