Really surprised to find this gem in Red Hook. We've only gotten it for takeout, so I can't speak to the atmosphere. We use the online ordering platform. The sushi is really good! We've tried a decent variety from sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and speciality rolls. We've enjoyed all. We currently order once a week!

Really nice atmosphere and great fish! Authentic sushi and welcoming owners! We came to the area for getaway vacation from the city and I was craving sushi. It really exceeded my expectations so would highly recommend.

I’ve heard for many years this place was good and my sister and I just had the opportunity to try it. It’s authentic and most importantly fresh. The Japanese owners are very nice.I’m particularly critical of Asian food as it is something I grew up with. As a Japanese American I have to say this is the best sushi place I’ve been to upstate. I’ve tried a few places in the area and hands down Hana Sushi is the best. Can’t wait to take my Japanese father here!
