I'm so glad Bliss took over this prime location in town. I was really worried out would become something soulless, but no, instead Bliss brought new life into it. My girlfriends and I meet up at Bliss all the time for lunch, porridge, drinks, smoothies, whatever the time of day calls for. The interior design is classic and beautiful, and every item from the the glasses to the the gold flatware to the gorgeous plating of the food just elevates your experience. We love trying all the specials and have enjoyed them all so far. I hope to keep making Bliss a part of my routine for a long time to come!

Bliss is everything Red Hook does best: local organic Hudson Valley ingredients, genuinely warm small-town staff, and a menu that’s fresh, modern, and actually satisfying. From juices, healthy eats, and café favorites, everything hits. The space is cozy, welcoming, and right in the heart of town. Always open, always consistent, and hands-down the best spot for breakfast and lunch. I also heard they’re starting cocktails soon! A must if you’re local, and worth the trip if you’re visiting the Hudson Valley.

The best place in the area! Food and drinks are delicious (local & organic), service is wonderful, and the new space is amazing. The new location has completely rejuvenated the center of town and brought such cheer to the community. So happy now that there is a bar with a liquor license!

Went in here for a smoothie bowl as I liked the last location. The wait was long even though there was only one person ahead of me in line. Everyone seemed to be moving extremely slowly. The thing that bothered me the most though was the fact that when my mother and I sat down on a couch area, as I was tired and the only other seats available were bar stools, I was approached by a person working there who told me the couch was reserved for groups of 3 or more and I had to get off. There was no one else there that wanted to sit there nor were there any large groups in the store. I didn’t understand why she felt the obligation to ask me to move. I could understand if a large group of people had entered the store but no one had. It felt rude, and by then my smoothie bowl I’d ordered had came out as just a regular smoothie, that I had paid $16 for and I just wanted to leave at that point. Unfortunately this place used to be nice but now the new ownership or new location has caused it to no longer be a place I’d like to go to.

gave my boyfriend an allergic reaction after saying they were 95% sure it didn’t have nuts and that they didn’t have the cashew milk in the overnight oats for months… then proceeded to tell me it was my fault. owner and workers are complicit and rude, did not take accountability for not knowing their own dishes. told me they took allergies seriously but then couldn’t tell me if their overnight oats had nuts in them.

Tried the Elev8 and it was amazing. Like blue gatorade but way better and without the artificial coloring. Great stuff!

The vibe is so welcoming. The food is outstanding - the waffle and the tacos blew us away. The smoothie portions are huge and great value.

I have been to Bliss Smoothie Bar multiple times, both at their old location and their new one, which is lovely. I love a smoothie bowl so I always opt for those: their drip coffee is also quite nice. My complaint: I know it's a smoothie bowl place, I know fresh produce is expensive, and I hope they pay their employees well. I don't expect a cheap smoothie bowl but the prices are bizarre. I feel like I'm getting pranked sometimes. Just to make a smoothie a smoothie bowl is an added charge, but it does not come with any toppings OR any topping recommendations. Add a banana? $1.50 for maybe 1/3 of a banana. $1.25 for a small handful of blueberries. And $2.75 for some just-ok granola. Last time I went I spent $23.25 on one smoothie bowl with the above toppings. Delicious, and a large serving size for the bowl itself, but not worth it at all and it just makes me want to go to Rhinebeck for Sol Cafe & Acai Smoothie Bar, where you get a bowl WITH TOPPINGS for $14.50. I love your establishment but I just don't know how people can justify these prices.

I love how they added savory menu items in this new location. Bliss is my go-to for tasty and healthy food! The ambience is cheerful and comfy for hanging out and meeting people too.

This place is so nice inside! My smoothie (Uprising) was delicious and service was quick. It was a nice spot to stop in on my drive. If I was closer I'd be here constantly!
