Bliss is everything Red Hook does best: local organic Hudson Valley ingredients, genuinely warm small-town staff, and a menu that’s fresh, modern, and actually satisfying. The best place in the area! Food and drinks are delicious (local & organic), service is wonderful, and the new space is amazing. The new location has completely rejuvenated the center of town and brought such cheer to the community. So happy now that there is a bar with a liquor license!
