SABROSO MEXICAN RESTAURANT

Nice, Mexican atmosphere with lots of colors. That's the most positive thing I can say, however. My food was okay (7/10, chicken quesodilla meal). My GF's meal was steak fajitas and her food was only a 4/10, with orange colored oil on all the vegetables and containing tough steak pieces. She had also tried the queso dip with nacho chips and it didn't taste like queso so she sent it back. Nacho chips were warm and freshly cooked, and were unsalted.

best Mexican food i’ve ever had, maybe the best food in general. Comes right with chips and salsa and it’s the best salsa i’ve ever had. the nachos are a must. the steak tacos are delicious. the churros and ice cream are delicious. service is great and the atmosphere is great. the artwork throughout is amazing.

Very, very expensive for no reason at all. A cheese quesadilla is $16, prepared different than I’ve ever seen with just 3 small flour tortillas folded taco style with cheese. Nothing special. Ordered a burrito and chicken was super dry. Food came out very fast. Margaritas are extremely weak. Server told us a pitcher only has 3 shots. Won’t be back.

This restaurant is a hidden gem !!
You can have a drink and enjoy a beautiful sunset in the Fall after apple picking in the local farms, as well as one of the best cooked Mexican meals EVER !!
We have been coming here for a few years, and it never disappoints!! Best Mexican food in the Rhinebeck/ Red Hook area!

I love this place! It was the go-to spot between my and my friends before we graduated. It’s still amazing. The food is delicious and presented nicely. The atmosphere is great, the walls are covered in hand-painted murals. You walk in and can feel all the love poured into every nook and cranny of this place. The staff is also very nice.

FANTASTIC!

My wife and I were in town from out of state for a few days and went here for lunch yesterday (Saturday).
We were the only patrons which is a shame as it should have been packed.
Spotless interior and very inviting and colorful.
We got seated and our a minute or so after that fresh salsa in a cute resealable glass mason bottle and chips were brought out. Both outstanding and fresh.

My wife and I are both vegetarians. She got the chimichangas with veg and cheese inside and I got cheese enchiladas with mole pablano sauce (makes my mouth water thinking about that mole) and a house margarita.

All the food was spectacular. The wait staff were friendly and attentive.

Great mexican food. Both of us had lived in So California for decades and have eaten our fair share of great Mexican food there and all across the country.

This place is a gem.

WE WILL BE BACK!

Vegetarian options: One who section on menu states you can have cheese or veg. Not sure if they use veg or animal stocks for sauces but have been vegetarian for over 35 years and my tummy can tell pretty quickly if not veg stock. I had no issues.
