1Real truth Right now

What the heck happened to this place from 9 months ago??? Did it change owners? Different cooks or management? There is like no taste in most of the dishes. Not like before. Serice really fell off. I don't get this. Please fix this immediately.

Haven’t even tried the food yet. 2 stars due to this being the ONLY place I’ve ever been charged a fee for takeout.

Great food. It's always a delicious meal. I've been coming here for a few years in spite of the consistently cold and unfriendly service because the food is so good. Unfortunately I noticed today that that actually charge a 10% TAKEOUT FEE. Talk about Nickel and dimeing your loyal customers to squeeze every penny you can from them. Looks like we won't be going back. This kind of business practice tells you exactly how the owners see the customers that support them. We'll choose to support businesses that know better.

Alas, shrinkflation has come for my beloved sandwich. I've been getting it mostly from this location, but have also bought it from the Kingston location as well. It was always good and consistently made. I would tell everyone they had to try it. That was until last week. I have no problem paying $15 for the bahn mi sandwich, I get that things cost more now. What I don't understand is why I paid $15 for half the amount of pulled pork. The cucumbers and pickled jalapeños looked enormous compared to the amount of meat. The amount they gave me used to cover one half the sandwich I used to get. Very disappointed, I'll have to try to make a copy cat at home. Sigh.

Bland broth, dull noodles, and poorly cooked ingredients. Disappointing meal again. Especially avoid the miso broth.

Food boring. Noodles way over cooked, seasoning dull. I can cook much better myself.Service mediocre and distracted and there were few dining at the time.Seriously doubt I will go back, not even worth the drive from Rhinebeck.

If you plan on dinning or order on line expect at least a 30-40 minute wait. Short on staff and the place was crowded. I was not impressed with my Seafood Chowder. Very little seafood - tough calamari. Mostly watery broth and there was more rice than the actual meal and for that the amt was overpriced. Although some items on the menu seemed good. Will not order that again.Vegetarian options: Good variety of vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family dining restaurant.

I was a very big fan of their NOODLE bowl. I ordered it a few days ago and sent it back. Bland broth and noodles that were clumped together. It was also served at room temperature. My friends also knew the ending of my story before I finished it.

As much as I'd like to write a snarky review about Yum Yum Noodle Bar, I'm going to use the space below to address the proprietors of this restaurant directly with, what I hope will be received as constructive criticism.I dined here on Sunday, October 1, at around 6:30 pm. I was seated promptly and attended to quickly by the waitstaff. I ordered Chicken Satay, Pad Sieu w/ Chicken, Japanese Eggplant w/ Chicken in Green Curry Sauce and Broadway Chicken w/ Oyster Mushrooms in a Kaffir Lime Butter Sauce. I was hungry and excited to enjoy a bountiful meal.Unfortunately, this meal was a monumental disappointment. From the heavy handed glop of satay sauce to a sloppy bowl of sieu, the dishes lacked flavor, technique, color and authenticity. The strangest aspect of them all was the chicken, which was seemingly precooked before being added to each dish. The chicken from all 4 dishes tasted the same, like boiled chicken thighs without any contribution to or from the dish it was a part of, without any textural, color, or flavor nuances that cooking the chicken in each dish would impart. The Pad Sieu was bland, and the noodles sloppy, essentially boiled in broth rather than stir-fried in sauce. There was no sweet soy smokiness that Pad Sieu is known for, and the noodles had no chew or stick. The egg may have been omitted, and the broccoli might as well have been, as little as there was in the dish. The oyster mushrooms in the Broadway Chicken dish were squeaky, again seemingly boiled rather than stir-fried, lacked all unctuous umami flavor, and were texturally hard to distinguish from chicken gristle. The green curry dish was basic and had ZERO spice, which is odd, since curry paste is inherently spicy. The Japanese eggplant WAS cooked, but the dish lacked layers and was very one note. Where was the cilantro? The Thai basil?? The vegetables??? The colors, spice, layers and fresh flavors that the food of Southeast Asia is known for?!?!?! It blows my mind that in such a food-centric part of the Hudson Valley that your restaurant missed the mark soooooo egregiously, eating more like dorm food than anything that even resembles authentic Asian Cuisine.

Good food, had the potstickers. Plus a noodle bowl with pork. Pork was very tasty. Tried the strawberry bubble tea with Kiwi.

Had a very pleasant dinner with an old friend outdoors at Yum Yum Noodle in Red Hook. Food was good, wait staff did well. Street noise was a little loud.
