I came today to buy minipretzel dogs and the lady that open said in 15 minutes she was preparing than she stop and was on her cellphone i came back in 20 minutes and it was not done and she had and she was very nasty the Spanish. Lady was very helpfull and she said the lady she in 15 minutes again terrible service
I stopped by Auntie Anne’s Pretzel stand at the Rego Park Costco location while running errands. I was excited for a snack, but my experience was disappointing.
When I walked up, I saw a female employee in the back putting pretzel nuggets into cups. She noticed me and gave a small smile but said nothing. I waited patiently, expecting some acknowledgment or help, but after about a minute of being ignored, I decided to leave.
While it wasn’t a rude interaction, being completely overlooked left a bad impression. Sadly, it just wasn’t my day for a pretzel.
Hopefully, customer service improves in the future.
My mother is a huge fan of this franchise and frequents here often when shopping. Can’t talk about the food but I can talk about the service. Today I asked for a small cup (to provide water from my water bottle to my dog) and the employee rudely said “no”. You would think that the supplies were coming out of their paycheck, SMH ??♀️

I ordered from them for a delivery and they submitted my online order as a pickup. When trying to call the number is not in service any longer. Only way I can reach out regarding the order is a email contact us forum so I just wasted money on this. Will not be ordering delivery again for Auntie Anne's.

Spanish lady working the register was in a rush to ring me up that she rung up 2 pretzels meanwhile I only wanted 1. Me not knowing I showed her my 1 free pretzel coupon. After I noticed she then proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing she can do to void the other pretzel. So I was stuck in a position of either paying for a second pretzel I didn’t ask for or lose my coupon. So she sat there in my face and said there’s nothing that can be done so at the end of the day I lost my free pretzel and went home with nothing after the rewards I had saved up for.

The ad says “Global chain of counters dispensing sweet & savory soft pretzels” well I am veryyyy disappointed because I spent $7.60 on a cold, hard, dry and stale pretzel that I could barely chew on. I had to throw it away. The only thing good was the sweet cream. Never ever, will I buy from this location again. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to go back and complain.

It's now $6.00 for just 1 pretzel. The Inflation is ruining everything.
I had ordered the mini pretzel hot dogs. She gave me regular then I noticed that it was not the mini hotdogs so then she said she will charge me as cheese sauce extra like $2.Then, I see correct order but they were burnt she said they comes it that way I told her I am sorry but I've eaten at plenty of these places this is too dark. She changed for another one but it was PROBABLY THE SAME DAMN BATCH! I went across the street fed the ?
