Baskin-Robbins is a mixed experience. The place is clean, but the customer service can be rough, with many employees who do not speak English well. Getting questions answered can be difficult. The iced mocha was disappointing, with too much ice and not enough mocha. However, the prices are better than at other locations, and the service can be good on some days. The convenience of parking is a plus.
