The ice cream display was a mess. The employees didn’t know the flavors of the ice cream. One told me that they didn’t have the flavor I wanted and recommended another bc it was “the same color.” I asked to get something that was advertised on their door and display menu and after a couple of minutes of confusion, another employee said it would be better if I didn’t order it because he didn’t know what that was. Even after I pointed at the item on the screen. Would recommend going to a different BR.

Horrible service on 05/11/2025 at 5:00pm the workers here let 3 people skip my sister and I. It was so disrespectful and horrible customer service. Even the customer they tried to service before us told her (the young lady worker) that my sister and I were first. She still chose to take the other person instead. Get some kinder, conscious workers!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could!!!

Every time I come here especially during the night shift, the workers always take forever to help you and are usually just sitting in the back room, and when someone finally comes out to help they almost never understand English therefore always get the order wrong or miss items in my order. They need to either teach their night employees to speak and understand fluent English or overhaul the staff

AVOID SCAM This place is a literal scam I ordered twice in a row from them on uber eats and was told my order was “picked up by someone else” and to give the delivery driver 30 dollars to get my order prepared again. Both times the delivery drivers name was the same. This is some scam they are running and not an appropriately run business.

This used to be my go to place for ice cream, but no longer. Workers are plain rude. In the past, they accepted the BR Birthday ice cream scoop coupon. Now they don’t accept it and couldn’t give me a reason except their machine was down. It was fine. LIES! Worker just walked away. Could have just said, “we no longer participate”. Don’t bother with this specific location as customer service stinks!

Went in to redeem a coupon today and they refused to honor the coupon, even though I have used the baskin robbins coupons at this restaurant more than once! Staff is always grumpy and rude too! I wouldn't go here if you can avoid it!
