We were party of 2. We only ordered 2 mains and 1 salad. They forgot one of the mains which was Lentil soup, when my boyfriend finished his Lamb Chops, i was still waiting there for my soup, other waiter stopped by and i said where is the soup? He said “did you order it?” I thought probably he doesn’t know because he is not our server, but i was expecting them to communicate and solve the problem but they never did. When i saw my waiter i asked again where is the soup? (Btw its been like 40 minutes already, and they weren’t that busy) and he replied “do you still want it?” That was INSANE , what kind of service is that? After that we got the soup in 2 minutes and we asked for bread but we never got it. Never coming back

Was looking for a nice place for Easter. Let me tell you couldn’t have selected a better place. Fish was all fresh, service was outstanding and the atmosphere was beautiful, if I could give 10 stars, I would. Met the owner Ali. What a gentleman. We will definitely be returning.

Great Meat with Good Rice , the Feta Cheese is very good also. A lot of Big Bread is given also with the food. A Wonderful Restaurant in New York City.
Their menu just says “small” and “large” and doesn’t tell you how many pieces you get. So in case anyone is wondering it’s $20 for one and $30 for 2 lamb adana kebab (which is insanely overpriced).

For mains, we ordered grilled El Dorado and Lamb Kabab. Superb selection to choose from and we absolutely enjoyed both.Kunefe makes an excellent dessert. Great with Turkish tea or coffee.Warm and friendly service included.Highly recommend and an instant favorite!!

I had a disappointing experience at Blacksea And Grill. The service was slow, the food lacked flavor, and the overall atmosphere felt dull.The rice tasted very plain, almost resembling school-served rice. It lacked any distinct flavor, contributing to the overall disappointment of my dining experience, my family was very disappointed, wasted about $250+, we won’t be returning ever.

Very authentic and classy looking Turkish restaurant. They have a very nice lunch special too - entree with salad. We had the chicken shish kabob and the adana kabob here. Both of these meats were quite flavorful and juicy. The meal comes with some fresh bread to start off too.They had a good selection of desserts too. We tried the halva and the rice pudding. The halva was a dense tahini based block. It was actually too sweet for our tastes. The rice pudding though was excellent and highly recommended.
