I really love this place good chicken great prices. The owner is great very friendly and you can tell he cares about his customers. Got to enjoy some coffee today a good portion of chicken and fries. This is forever my favorite chicken spot in the area.

Ordered delivery by phone using credit card. After 45 minutes and no delivery, we called and they said "It's on the way". Several more calls, and no delivery. Finally after 90 minutes we called and they said "No delivery today". We asked them to refund credit card charge and they said they "couldn't". We asked why they accepted a delivery order when they knew they couldn't deliver. Staff said "I don't know". Asked to speak to manager and they hung up. THIS IS A SCAM!

I ORDERED ONLINE AND THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD AND WAS TERRIBLE, PORTIONS FOR WHAT YOU PAY IS RIDICULOUS, VERY SMALL PORTIONS.
3 PIECES OF FRIED FISH WITH 1 SIDE FOR $17 IS ABSURD - I GOT 1 PIECE OF FRIED FISH CUT IN 3 PIECES WITH NO SIDE AND I WAS REFUSED A REFUND.
I CALLED MADISON PRIOR TO MY DELIVERY TO CONFIRM AND STILL DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR.
MADISON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS DISCUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE NASTY YELLING AND HUNG UP ON ME.
I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER OR OWNER WHOEVER WAS AVAILABLE AND SHE SAID THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK AND HUNG UP ON ME.
I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

I must say I just got introduced to this place and I been living in forest hills for 8yrs This is by far the best spot for chicken & ribs!

This place does not know how to fill an order completely and correctly. Something is always missing. When your meal comes with certain items and they don’t include said items in the delivery. Happened on 2 different occasions. I’m done spending $ to get aggravated. Menu shredded. I don’t recommend anything.

This evening (10/25/24), I ordered the 1/2 chicken value meal ($13.49 plus tax) which comes with one side (I ordered rice) and pita bread. I walk into the restaurant to pick up my food and the worker behind the counter is looking at me weirdly and has a really bad attitude. My bag feels light and I open it up and its a 1/4 chicken and there is no Pita bread (see photos). I told the worker that I think there was a mistake and he tells me that he gave me 1/2 chicken and they ran out of pita bread. The guy was very hostile and kept insisting it was a 1/2chicken and I decided it wasn't worth arguing and I was hungry so I just took the food and left. What makes matters worse is that the chicken was dry and had no taste. Additionally, the rice was overcooked and mushy. I will never go there again and my advice is to stay far away from this place.

First time here. The burger was very good and the fries were great! The guy at the counter was gruff. Service is as important to a business as the food you are serving. That said, I won’t let a counter person’s bad attitude keep me from going back to try more food.

They'll take your order and then not deliver it or answer phone. I ordered over $50 and they took my money including a tip for the driver who never delivered my food.
Reply= yea your drivers don't work for grubhub they work for you. Amd I called like 10 minutes after close and you hung up on me twice. Lol

It’s a great restaurant with wonderful employees. Especially, one of the best employees- Komila. Definitely recommend, will be coming back.
