They have fallen from grace and I'm not sure what happened. Ordered here for years but quality has dipped. Our family does take out and they always, without fail, forget our salad dressing. Food is delivered late and cold. The increase in prices is not justified if the quality isn't there. Extremely disappointed.

I visited a few days ago and was extremely disappointed. The restroom was filthy and had no soap available—completely unsanitary. If the restroom is in this condition, it raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen and how food is handled. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude. Cleanliness and basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional—if you can’t provide either, you shouldn’t be in business.

We ordered water and got an extra charge for the wrong things and when I asked why we paid too much, he didn't even say sorry. I am a regular customer and I won't come again.

All the food is delicious I go here every mid-day to eat, also is one of my favorite place to eat grilled chicken. Is very clean/Great service :)

I visited this week and it was horrible customer service. I walked to the counter and patiently waited for the staff to take my order. He was on the phone and never gave me any signal he will take my order at some point. Not even a hello or smile. It was very unwelcoming and I left because no one should support a business that doesn't appreciate a customer. I will not be returning.

Their salads are great here. However, we just had the most mediocre food we have tasted in a while. The fries tasted like they were reheated from yesterday’s batch. Not the soggy kind, but the dry, brittle, cold in the center kind.
The crispy chicken was more so just lightly breaded and left one feeling sad, wishing they never ordered from here.
The person who took my order over the phone was really nice though. 5 stars to staff.

I love the clean food and good prices for healthy eating. The guys at the front are good at what they do and the place is clean with nice music playing. Thankful they have a bathroom. Love the boylan glass bottle drinks .

I really love this place good chicken great prices. The owner is great very friendly and you can tell he cares about his customers. Got to enjoy some coffee today a good portion of chicken and fries. This is forever my favorite chicken spot in the area.

Ordered delivery by phone using credit card. After 45 minutes and no delivery, we called and they said "It's on the way". Several more calls, and no delivery. Finally after 90 minutes we called and they said "No delivery today". We asked them to refund credit card charge and they said they "couldn't". We asked why they accepted a delivery order when they knew they couldn't deliver. Staff said "I don't know". Asked to speak to manager and they hung up. THIS IS A SCAM!

I ORDERED ONLINE AND THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD AND WAS TERRIBLE, PORTIONS FOR WHAT YOU PAY IS RIDICULOUS, VERY SMALL PORTIONS.
3 PIECES OF FRIED FISH WITH 1 SIDE FOR $17 IS ABSURD - I GOT 1 PIECE OF FRIED FISH CUT IN 3 PIECES WITH NO SIDE AND I WAS REFUSED A REFUND.
I CALLED MADISON PRIOR TO MY DELIVERY TO CONFIRM AND STILL DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR.
MADISON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS DISCUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE NASTY YELLING AND HUNG UP ON ME.
I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER OR OWNER WHOEVER WAS AVAILABLE AND SHE SAID THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK AND HUNG UP ON ME.
I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

I must say I just got introduced to this place and I been living in forest hills for 8yrs This is by far the best spot for chicken & ribs!
