We’ve been to several BBQs and this specific one always gives us problems. On this specific trip we ordered a to go drink and Mac n cheese. The food and drink came out fast but the food was NOT good. The Mac n cheese usually comes with bacon bits and chives and it wasn’t in the to go container it came in. We ordered a cup and got charged for a bowl. We also had to go back to the restaurant because they didn’t pack any utensils for us to use.

I’m currently sitting at the restaurant, my family was giving terrible service.. I complained to the manager 3 times and feel as being Latino we were ignored and treated as third class citizens. Another server was forced to take our order because they overloaded by quadruple sitting her. We force to pay $24 dollars in gratuities for bad service. I’m very unhappy ..

Do not go here to eat any type of food because first of all while ate your dry chicken tenders I choked on half of them and your “homemade fries” tasted like garbage and some random guy came up to us to take a photo and then charged us like you didn’t even tell us it was going to be money . Also the dessert was terrible like they literally put cornbread and some disgusting syrup as the dessert like who is eating that . DONT GO HEREEEE.

Sticky wings were great. Fries were awesome. The BBQ, which should have been the best part, was mediocre. I didn't care for the sauce, the brisket was tough, and the pulled pork was too shredded. They need a variety of sauces. In all fairness, I'm from the Midwest and know good BBQ. Positives- we were seated quickly and the food came out fast despite a crowd. UPDATE-I cannot blame the server, but she was WAY too busy to provide good service. Her manager interrupted her while she was taking our order, no apologies. Drinks were not attended to, food was slow, and we waited forever to get our check. They need to do better with staffing.

My family all lives out of state. My brother passed away and his funeral was in Queens NY. We did not plan a repass, after the service many of us wanted to get together. So I called this Dallas BBQ’s in Queens and asked if they can host somewhere around 60 people in 15 minutes. They said yes, when we got there, they had put the tables together for us gave us our own section of the restaurant, The service was EXCEPTIONAL.The manager Shaq was more than accommodating and the waitress Erica and Jose was phenomenal. I appreciate them all so much. The food was great. We were able to eat, drink and socialize. Family that have not seen each other for years took professional pictures together because they had a photographer. I normally don’t write reviews but the exceptional service that my family and friends received during a tough time had to be acknowledged. This is a big shout out to SHAQ, ERICA, JOSE…Thank you and Thank you, Dallas BBQ’s.

Came in last minute on my birthday. All I wanted was beef ribs and heard they had some good ones . They were literally the best , I wish I remembered my servers name he was AMAZING ! Had us laughing and smiling the entire time we were there . Thank you guys for making my day a little better ❤️ I’ll definitely be back soon !
