Food is overpriced...not particularly that good. COffee seems to be watered down and occasionally burnt.They have limited condiments (basically just Ketchup)Orders are more often than not incorrect.The service people should be able to speak decent English and understand the language .Meter parking...if and when available.Wheelchair accessibility: Is available with a handicap ramp.

The worker name Isaac is really slow. I'm a everyday customer and for a coffee I have to wait 15 to 18 minutes everytime. The man looks out of it and constantly folds under pressure. I ask let me get 2 pumps of caramel and when I arrive across to my store there's no taste. I ask management to give this man some help. I'm the only one online and as soon as a online order pops up he ignores me and goes straight to the orders instead of multitasking . Flat out horrible

Quick and nice spot if you need a nice cup of coffee and some breakfast.Parking: Parking in rear is ok.Kid-friendliness: Ice cream is ok at Baskin Robbins and lack of donuts in the evenings. But overall not too bad.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and a handicap parking spot.

The treatment on the part of the manager is terrible, he damages the cappuccino machine and he gets upset with the customers, he does not want to return the money and he insults me by telling me that I am stupid for not accepting the coffee that he wanted to give me in exchange, terrible service.

This Dunkin sucks. I have a coffee cup in hand and they are still complaining I have to order first . The not support this store. I spend thousands of dollars on Dunkin coffee a year. How dare u.

Placed order for 12 donuts 25 min in advance and when I got there the order was not ready, there was 1 employee handling online orders. I needed to leave asap bc I was catching a flight and this man was taking so long, he said give me 2 mins, but he actually took 10 minutes to hand me 12 donuts and there was no other customer in the store. I told him can you pause the orders Yur working on to hand me just 12 donuts and he moved like a sloth picking out those 12 donuts. I have never been more annoyed at a Dunkin’ Donuts employee. Why did he prioritize online orders with a live person in the store, and my order was simple he didn’t have to cook anything just put 12 donuts in a box.

i've grown accustomed to past disgusting , unacceptable behavior from the vast majority of indian owned dunkin donuts to ascertain if their restrooms are available for use before placing an order. almost 100% of the time their restrooms are out of order !!!!! of course only to their customers, but not them. that being said i was refused the restroom, leading to me exiting . i had 3 other persons who were to join me shortly. well capitalism is great. we took our business elsewhere where we were politely greeted & given access to their immaculate restrooms. i as an american born citizen am outraged by immigrants who come to our country to take advantage of our once wonderful nation but do not embrace our civic sense of decency. the previous reviews speak for themselves. i may reach out to corporate & recommend that they have their franchise license revoked. this place is a very poor reflection of dunkin donuts and should be addressed.
