Of all dunkin locations I’ve been too this one by far is the worst. Had a sausage egg and cheese but edges of sausage was hard and inedible and this has happened twice now. I usually put at least 2 sweetened flavors in my iced coffee but I have not tasted a single flavor in my drink it’s straight iced coffee. The worst part is when even getting your food the employees are super unattentive and chatter. You have to place your order well in advance for employee to acknowledge your order. I average 15 mins from pickup just to get my order in hand. I have dunkin at least once or twice a week in various locations this one by far is the worst I’ve seen in years. It definitely needs a newer overhaul in look and feel too.

Too slow. They don't bother getting to your app order, they tend to inside customers first who take 20 minutes, same types that hold up the line at check cash places. Trust me, unless you have all the time in the world, you'll miss the train or bus waiting, which are right next to this location. They need to hire more help.

Bad service Terrible I was waiting there on the line I passed the line to order they say me to order on the monitor but they doesn’t have all the products I couldn’t order and when i say that they make me to go again in the end of the line and to wait again I hate them

I had coffee the whole milk they gave put in there was out of date which i noticed as there was some kind of smell coming out from the iced coffee which was ordered made me sick for a couple of days and I had diarrhea the Bengali employees should be trained about the food safety .... They look kinda like they are hiring Indian people (Bengalis )sorry it wasn't about the race or but the management should train them about food safety and cleanliness

I felt it disbursed by the behavior of one employee I can't say that I was disappointed and discriminated by the behavior of one one of the employees I ordered macha late instead they gave an expreso and charged the price for the macha latte as being offended and totally unsatisfied by the management service of the that store instead of asking for the refund I left the store unhearted they employ bengalis they cant speak proper english neither understand people in the US avoid that ,on the other hand worker weren't that clean or maintaining their hygiene
The walk from where I live is about 8mins away. Even though I order way in advance when i exit my building, everytime I still have to wait for them to finish making my order and they were NOT busy.Also, the staffs are always on a phone call so they work super slow though it's just heating my food up....
