We had reservations for 830 on Valentine’s Day. We weren’t seated until 915. Bread didn’t come until 945. We were comped our first drink but only after asking to speak to the manager (which turned out to be the owners wife). She wouldn’t let us speak and while we tried to finish our sentence she told us “you don’t have to be rude”. But, we stayed. Our water glasses went empty and our appetizer plates were piling up. Even though the owners wife and countless bus boys continued to walk past our table (doing nothing- carrying nothing). We never got asked if we wanted another drink. Didn’t get our entrees until 1045 which came out of hodge-podge plates and was cold. We were asked if we wanted potatoes or French fries with our meal. We both chose potatoes. We each got 4 tiny, burnt and cold pieces of potato. The entire night just got worse at it went on. It was obvious they took too many reservations and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. It trickled down and in turn, customers received poor service. Which, happens on holidays. But, usually, the manger will walk around, greeting and apologizing to tables, they should hop behind the bar to assist in service bar drinks getting out to the already annoyed guests, or hop into the kitchen the kitchen to help expedite or run food to tables like ours that aren’t going so well. She did neither. She blamed us for being unreasonable and lied and said she comped our meal (she didn’t. She gave us a discount) then she told us we were the only one complaining (as if we weren’t actually there with our own eyes and ears- gaslighting at its finest) finally she said WE ruined her waitresses night. When in fact we told her it wasn’t at all her fault and gave her a very hefty tip for her troubles and the lack of respect the management obviously had for their staff. It’s not just about overhead. Your staff needs to make money too. And you can’t weed your out he. Staff and expect a smooth night. Use the money you made from turning the 509 tables your wife bragged about to hire yourself a real restaurant manager. She ain’t it. We loved London Lennies and have been long time customers. Never again. Thanks to you, Mrs Barnes. Happy Valentine’s Day! We missed our show and are our $130 bc of your incompetence
Pretty good shrimp pasta, but not quite spectacular for the price point. The free bread was delicious, and service was friendly and attentive. Worth a visit, for sure, but it can get spendy quick.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding at London Lennie’s and I think it was the best decision. The whole staff welcomed us in a lovely way, and Amanda, our server, really shared our happiness. Her empathy, enthusiasm and kindness made our day one of the most memorable of our lives. And the food… delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. ???♀️???

Excellent seafood, raw bar, sushi and fish along with elegant dining like the old days. The wait staff is polite and detail oriented. It’s fun to hang out at the bar with a great cocktail and a seafood tower. I hadn’t been here in a while and it is better than ever!

London Lennie's in Queens is a seafood lover's paradise! Last Friday night, my husband and I indulged in a delicious dinner and were not disappointed. The oysters were fresh and briny, the lobster fried to perfection, and the tower combo was a feast for the senses. While the price tag was a bit steep (we spent over $280 for two people), it was well worth it for the quality and authenticity of the food. If you're looking for a truly exceptional seafood experience, London Lennie's is definitely worth a visit.

This place is known for seafood, so came with a buddy that has been here numerous times to try it out. I had the restaurant week dinner special, and we ordered some oysters and crab claws as appetizers. The oysters were delicious, and the main dishes were good overall. The pace of the dining experience, however, was slow paced, and by the time we were done, we spent over 2 and a half hours inside the restaurant.

It was a terrible experience. I went there because I heard good thi gs about the restaurant. The waiter brought over water, vread, and butter soon after I sat down. He asked if I wanted a drink. When I answered, water is good. The waiter disappeRed. He did not return for at peast 25 minutes or more. When i ordered off the special restaurant week menu and then wanted to order an extra appetizer off the regular menu; he said I could not do that. Wierd. I said I was willing to pay for the extra appetizer separately but he was not understanding the issue. It took a long time for the food to be served. I ordered the crab dumplings and halibut and chocolate chocplate molten cake. Then it was rush rush rush. The bus boy speaking in Spanish told his co worker that he was going to turn off the lights, so I would hurry up and leave. They allegedly cloze at 9 but it was not 9 at the time. The restaurant was almost empty and I guess they wanted to go home
I would NoT suggest this restaurant
There are a lot of other friendlier restaurants on Woodhaven and Crossbay Boulevard.
