Turkey disappointed in the Panera the juices don’t have covers uhm can you say bacteria they have the containers with mold can you just get a new one…. Also the ice machine if you look at the spout moldy I preferred not to even drink anything I’ve been to paneras in diff locations in the area was definitely disappointed even w the food avocado spread means all over right ? I got a slice …. Wouldn’t come back to this one !! Someone is bound to get sick soon

This is the most poorly managed Panera I’ve ever been to. It’s not the employees, they are working hard. Problem is they need to pay staff more and hire more people.

The cafe environment is often dirty, unorganized, and out of basic things like napkins. Orders often take 20-30+ minutes. Unacceptable on all fronts.

the worse Panera Bread . The worse disrespectful setvice ever . 9:37 am October 29 2025. they never have any thing in stock and place looks dirty . it was much better 4-5 years ago. They should change manager in this location and Make Panera Bread Grait Again.

I would give a higher rank, but waiting half an hour for your food when you are on your lunch break is ridiculous. Other than that, the staff is pleasant and helpful.

And just know there is no parking. Everyone is dbl parked!

I am a regular customer in this location. As some people may know there is a lot of dogs in the area because there is a petco. I came in on Sunday to have lunch, I had my dog with me in a dog stroller. My dog barked TWO TIMES & an old miserable lady told me to shut my dog up. People around us looked at her like she was insane. She went to the manager and the manager told me I needed to leave because no dogs were allowed unless it was a service dog. I told her there were no signs in the door stating that, she said there is but there isnt.

Anyways I do not recommend, do not go here. There are better places around to eat that are pet friendly. They lost me as a customer 🥳🤷‍♀️ m

I love this panera bread location. It is clean, staff are pleasant. And managers are what managers suppose to look like at every work place. These managers know the work they always helping their staff and they go above and beyond for their customers(of course as long as the customer is right not that customers are always right crap). I like to sit and eat at this location the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful ✌️ 😌

Recently, coffee taste very watered-down. It's like drinking coffee water. Coffee drinkers drink coffee everyday and we can tell/notice very easily. Very disappointed...Please fix this issue. Thank you.
