This spot will go down in history as a wonderful childhood memory of my son and daughter.
First off … they’re not just another franchise. It feels like a neighborhood spot! I’ve been coming here for years and enjoy it.

My children (4, and 8) talks about Panera more than they do other places. I started bringing my 8 year old when he couldn’t even walk. When he graduated Pre-K four years ago he was celebrated by one particular staff member, Linda and continuously felt welcomed by everyone there. As my youngest stroller baby started walking she’d get out of the stroller and run to Linda. Now they’re both running from me to the door and walking up to the counter and placing the order for me! While we like all staff members - Linda is “their friend” - while she is always tending to customers she also takes time to acknowledge the kids and show personal interest!

So much so that when we come in (on a more or less daily basis) and she’s not there my daughter will look sad and say: “My friend is not here!”

I like my Panera sip subscription - but we love Linda! ☺️ … and cookies! Ps. Can you tell corporate that my son request that the Lemon Drop cookies return. He calls them “sugar cookies” and they’re his favorites.

Kid-friendliness: Specious and room for kids, providing high chairs as well. Most importantly- the way they treat children! They’re so welcoming and occasionally give them treats!

They treat those who come for takeaway very discriminatory and badly, which is not a nice behavior, so I left without shopping.

My dining experience was greated with "customers" whos only purpose is to sit for hours hanging out on noisy laptops/phones taking up tables others need to enjoy meal. Final decision is to NEVER return to this location in the near & far future...

The service is here is terrible I ordered my food online to do rapid pick up and I walk in and the registers are alone. There is no employee walking around cleaning up the tables are a mess. The place where you put the dishes was piled high! I ask someone by the food area that calls out the names where I pick up my rapid order he says behind the counter someone should be there soon. I go back there there is a woman with her back turned I said excuse me she says HOLD ON. 10mins later she walks away and pass disappears to the back and the. 10 mins after that she pops back out with what seems like 2 other supervisors or managers a female with glasses and curly hair red shirt on. At this point there are 3 people now waiting for their “rapid orders” a guys says excuse me ma’am I’m here to pick up my order the woman with the glasses says “DAMN HOLD ON MAN! We’re HUMAN NOT ROBOTS GIVE US A MINUTE!!!” So I tell her we have actually given you all 20 minutes cause she helped nobody while she was standing here with her back turned towards everyone. She responds: “Again we’re just human not robots she’s counting her till! Jesus don’t people get it!” She then proceeds to turn and walk away gats while I’m in mid sentence! There were 6 registers and no one on them. That is not customer service! Whether it’s management or a regular associate the proper procedures is to apologize for the wait and jump in and help! I will not be returning to this Panera.

Kiosks were a turn off. Cashier lacked customer relation skills. Prices were exorbitant and portions and quality was nonexistent. Ironic, in Knoxville, Tn in the years 2003 to 2009, Panerai Bread was my favorite and a frequent treat. Exact opposite, now!

The nicest and most helpful staff :everything is always available. It’s a very, very busy location, yet there are always there to help. I really appreciate all their help.

I usually don’t leave reviews to the places I go to, but this time will be an exception. I ordered a coffee and sandwich and when I was preparing the coffee I noticed that there was not regular milk and I asked someone working there and he told me that he will take care of it … few minutes passed I saw he brought more coffee and doing something else where the cashiers are, but bringing the milk was not his concern. There was another worker and I asked for the manager of the place at the same time they called my name to say that my order was ready and also the manager arrived and the WAR started. I told her that I’ve been waiting several minutes for regular milk to which she responded aggressively that I was not the only one drinking coffee there and that they are very busy and I have to keep waiting.. I said miss you arguing with me and I still don’t see the milk for my coffee to which she replied more aggressively and wrapped in her madness that she will bring the milk whenever she wanted not when you told me to do it and she will call the security to kick me out from there and not to come back anymore ..
So guys or lady if you are going to sell me coffee and you are VERY BUSY and don’t time to put milk on the table …. Should I drink my coffee black ????

The floor was filthy. Management should prioritize cleanliness in a dining establishment. Despite the statement of having wifi, there is none. When asked, staff replied there was none. It should not be on the list of amenities. Nearly false advertising. Not equal to the Panera Bread that I'm used to. First and last time here.

I don't like this place anymore I been buying salads from this place only one time I got what I order the other all of them wrong and the last time I went there got so little salad for 15 buck not fair...they should put people with experience we go there to get our money worth of food.

I’m gay. I’m thinking the place is overpacked at certain times 25 water to come out one time. Food is coming out quickly, but sometimes it takes a long time.

zero service, two times I got the wrong order, paid over 14 dolalrs for a saled and second time got me wrong order too
