I got a pastrami on a hero and they gave me a pastrami on stale white bread. They nickel and dime every topping I got xtra pickles and they gave me 2 pickle chips for 75 cents.

Sandwiches are good (only and if only they get it right). I’ve tried their sandwiches multiple times and do enjoy them when made correctly. An example can be asking sandwiches without mayo, even after it being repeated, they will still add mayo. If you ask for ketchup they usually forget the ketchup, etc.

It's not worth it, you Turkey, egg and cheese, begel, worse than any deli... The price is twice as high, like don't expect anything special, just overpriced

PRICES UP 80% from before pandemic PRICING bagel cream cheese /w coffee $8. Egg & cheese on a roll with coffee is $10. Got forbid you want bacon, that’s an automatic $15 bucks with coffee. Used to love this place now I literally wanna go anywhere else as pricing is opportunistic… people in a rush, just trying to get on the day.

Be careful when you go into this store to pay, your credit card will be recharged, watch your card, this store is terrible,

Vegetarian options: 这家店非常可怕,付款时用卡一定小心,防止他们重复刷

Overall a solid bagel spot. I've always enjoyed my bagel with different types of cream cheese. The staff is attentive and quick in my experiences. The coffee is good amd oced coffee taste is on point

With that said, keep in mind that the PRICES ARE VERY HIGH. The larger sized iced coffee is over $5 with tax and a bagel with flavored cream cheese is like $6+. The place can also be cleaner than it is, entire store needs a good full deep cleaning.

My favorite local spot for a BEC! Clean store, good prices, yummy food. Friendliest restaurant/counter serve workers I've encountered in NYC for a fast-paced restaurant. They'll keep you moving but they're friendly, which is hard to find in NYC. I've tried plenty of bagel shops between 63rd and 75th and this is the best!! They usually have good music playing, too, which is a nice bonus. $2 bags of bagels available, too!

The cashier let a guy cut in front when I was clearly next and then when I order and oj she tells me the price like i couldn't afford it. I got a bagel with cream cheese too but didn't tell me the price for that. It was my first and last time going there

Had a bacon egg and cheese on an egg bagel. The bacon was crispy and the bagel was fresh and dense. I'll definitely be back!
