Everyone there seems to be really nice. Expect one worker there who was extremely rude and took the bag out of my hand and gave me an attitude for asking about my order. You lost a customer.

I am a gold member. I am a 66 year old senior and I can't control my pee pee. The counter asked me to buy the price first and then give me a pee pee, which made me feel sick.

I enjoyed the service here and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Generally speaking, I am pleased with the location, but I would have to say that too many people sat in the cafe for long periods of time. There wasn't enough seating for everyone else, but other than that, I really enjoyed my time and I LOVED my cute messages on my cups that came from the ladies here.

Went here for an iced coffee w/ sugar this morning. Thats usually a quick order anywhere. 10 Mins later I still dint have my coffee. Told the barista I needed to leave and asked if there was anything she could do and she politely said no I'm in the queue. Had to leave unfortunately...ridiculously slow service

The worst Customer Service Experience ever. Disrespecting the customer is what they believe in without any logical reason.
They don’t want you to enter and even keep your bag down on the seat but want you to carry your heavy bag pack and order first, receive it and then sit. If you do not do this then they call NYPD. Giving a person entering the store a couple of minutes is what should be done and instead calling NYPD is what they believe in without telling any reason to NYPD too. Please requesting the higher authorities to take this seriously as it is about disrespecting someone without any reason and just because I raise a complaint with customer representative about this, calling NYPD to just prove themselves is not what is expected. Having guts to face the complaints and improving on your work is what is expected and not proving yourself by threatening someone by calling NYPD. I want you’ll to check the cameras also if you feel like. I visited this store between 1:15 and 2:15 pm on February 4th.

The staff here are truly friendly! I was really impressed by their thoughtfulness.
Today, I met up with my friends here, and I had placed an order through the app. However, due to a mistake with the location settings, I accidentally ordered to the Forest Hills location instead of this one. I tried to cancel the order on the app, but I couldn’t. When I explained the situation to the staff, they kindly helped me out and made sure I could receive my drinks at this location. Thanks to their kindness, I was able to start my day on a positive note.
I’m looking forward to visiting this Starbucks location again with great pleasure.

the coffee is good, but the attitude towards visitors is very bad. working hours until 8pm and the toilet was closed at 7.53pm. and regardless of the presence of visitors, they began to sweep the premises - raise a saw. they categorically refused my request to open the toilet.
Very unpleasant moment. I did not notice this before. I have been a Starbucks customer for more than 10 years and I do not like this attitude.
