Drinks are always SPOILED! Everytime I go to this Starbucks the milk is always rotten or gone bad. I only notice from the smell it gives off! SOUR! This is actually so not hygienic and will NOT be going here again.

There is only one girl in that Starbucks who knows how to make a decent latte. It is rare that she is there or that she is able to make my drink.

I go to this Starbucks because it is near my work. More often than not, I’ve had lattes that taste like acidic water either no taste. There is one guy in there who has now not once but twice made my lattes taste like water. The first time he made me an iced latte that looked thin and I asked why does it look so thin and he said, “oh that’s the almond milk.” Usually milk thickens up a drink so he was definitely BSing me or does not know how to make a latte. Today I ordered via the app and my hot latte was abysmal it was the same guy who made my latte last time.

However, there have been other workers there who do not do a good job making a simple latte (cold or hot). I don’t know if the materials (coffee) is not good quality or if the staff doesn’t know how to make a coffee, but now there have been too many instances where I hope I will have a decent latte, and I’m usually disappointed. I do not have this problem at other locations that I go to frequently. Maybe they need better training? Not sure but it is unacceptable. It’s busy but not that busy. I’ve been to busier locations where the drinks are delicious.

Additionally, the staff seem to be unhappy to be there. I totally understand that working at Starbucks is no one’s dream job, but the way they speak to customers is not professional and they butcher my name every time and does even try to pronounce it correctly.

The people who work there are extremely rude, especially the employee with curly red hair (Maddie). I was standing in line to get caffe and asked for the bathroom PIN for my child, and they said no, you have to purchase something first. When I asked to add extra milk, they said I needed to pay $3 extra.

They should replace these workers as soon as possible. Very disrespectful and unprofessional people.

I took two sips from this drink it tasted funky not how I usually get it (and this drink is my go to so I know how it tastes) I look inside the cup and it’s FLOATING milk bits. Absolutely unacceptable. I couldn’t return and ask to remake my drink cause I got this on uber but just because it was an outgoing order with a service does not mean you get make your drinks with whatever is left so you wouldn’t be confronted by an upset costumer.

Who ever made this should be FIRED I DONT CARE! This is about health safety and human decency if you don’t care about people’s health I don’t care about you earning an income. #fired #deserved

4 times buying this location I have never waited for this long I don’t know why the workers are so slow just to take off the blending machine I’ve always been ordered from other location every morning from online
I’m fan of Starbucks that’s why I’m writing this because I want someone to see my review to fix their management at this location I hope they will be faster in the future

This Starbucks consistently delivers great service. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. My order is always accurate, the drinks are prepared well, and the atmosphere is nice for either working or relaxing. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to!

The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for police kindly a cup of water addition to my original And they made me go back into the line to get that cut and then when I did order the cup, she refused to give me the cup of water unless it wasn’t already 25 one minutes past due, extremely rude, extremely disrespectful and she informed us that she was a store manager apparently, and there was nothing she can do about it despite me coming to the Starbucks on a daily basis ordering 2 to 3 times a day. This is how they treat loyal customers. If you’re looking for a great atmosphere and a great service with kindness to avoid this specific location

The Barista making my drinkwasnt the nicest person, but they were very aware of whom is whom and what is what. The cashier was very chill. My mocha latte was amazing.
It was raining really bad that day, so many people were waiting inside. We were not rushed or anything. Most of us ordered food/drinks and was waiting out weather.
Other elements: Met two friendly women and the bathroom was clean.

Everyone there seems to be really nice. Expect one worker there who was extremely rude and took the bag out of my hand and gave me an attitude for asking about my order. You lost a customer.

I am a gold member. I am a 66 year old senior and I can't control my pee pee. The counter asked me to buy the price first and then give me a pee pee, which made me feel sick.

I enjoyed the service here and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Generally speaking, I am pleased with the location, but I would have to say that too many people sat in the cafe for long periods of time. There wasn't enough seating for everyone else, but other than that, I really enjoyed my time and I LOVED my cute messages on my cups that came from the ladies here.
