Majority of morning girls are always rude . It's best to go after 9 when Ben is there . Ben is new and one of the friendliest worker.2/19:530am-- the manager/supervisor with clip board was really annoying and not a team player . The drink was made okay but incorrect lid , so the-drink spilled as I drove off . Drove back to the drive thru to get a new lid , no apologies . The manager stared at me from the window , and pointed the employee to help me . When the manager is the one who gave me the drink . They both did not want to be there.

A week before christmas I bought a $25 gift card for my cousin. Gave it to her on christmas day. Apparently the guy who ranged me up at the register never activated my gift card. It wasnt adding the gift card to the mobile app, checking balance was coming out error msgs n I asked a different starbucks to check my balance today and he said it was closed. So this place ripped me off. Dont buy gift cards here. Theyll rip u off. Iam so mad this happened. Thats a felony.

Whoever the Manager was yesterday Wednesday November 8th at 5pm should be fired. My dad purchased an iced coffee the day before, which he said tasted like the milk went sour in it. It wasn't until he got home that he took his first sip, so he ended up dumping it. My parents went back the next day to buy another drink and also let them know what happened. My dad spoke to the Manager, who basically called him a liar and aggressively responded as if he was wrong and out of line. The arrogance was unnecessary and not how you treat a customer, let alone a person in general. With the way she lashed out on my parents, Starbucks should consider a background check on this unstable individual. Reporting this to corporate as well.

Update on September 27, 2023, at 3:25 afternoon while I was waiting for my iced water, someone must fix that picture frame, see the last, three-letter P word that looks like a subliminal word that looks funny to me. Someone please elaborate that last P word to look less subliminal.

Sunday august 13th, 2:50pm. Must’ve been 15-20 people waiting for drinks to be made. Super slow baristas, possibly needs more employees. Literally waited 20 mins for a iced coffee.

It's a very busy shop. I don't mind the wait because the coffee shop is usually busy. Staff members did not acknowledge me while waiting online. Bare minimum to communicate with customers. The place seems very hard to keep tidy.
