I ordered a cold cut foot long through the app for pick up. I went to eat my sandwich when I got home, I realized they put exactly three thin slices of bologna and no other meat. I always try to avoid this location even though it is closest to my house because the service is ALWAYS horrible. One man in particular is very unpleasant and if he makes the sandwiches, it always has barely any meat in it. Not sure why i am paying almost $14 for this sandwich. This will be the last time i purchase from this location. Always an issue with my orders and horrendous attitude from the one man working there. The owner obviously does not care since there are many low reviews but nothing has changed.

Food is alright, but the customer service sucks. There's always this one man who is very rude and slow. I tried ordering for pickup to maybe lessen the waiting time, but when it was supposed to be ready, I got there and he ignored me while he was making someone else's order and I ended up waiting anyway. I won't be coming back here.

One of the staff members has a nasty attitude. He even barked and shouted at me several months before for not following his made-up "rules" about when and how olives must be declared as a topping, and today he still engaged in trolling/harassment in an effort to wear out my jaw, waste my time, and/or just be vexatious. I walked out before my sandwich was constructed to not deal with this guy any longer or to see how much more this guy will delay the process.
I have never been discourteous to either of them and deserved better. I have even returned forgotten items to customers. The other staff member does not present with a nasty attitude, but even after complaining to him about this maniac, nothing was done. This is chronic.

This place charged me $30 for two sandwiches, and they were even made correctly. I'm never going there again.

UNAUTHORIZED TIP MADE BY CASHIER: I just bought one piece of a footlong churro which costs $2.00 a few minutes ago for takeout in this establishment. I tapped my credit card and didn’t press any button for the tip. Instead of explaining to me to make a selection for the tip, the cashier made the selection himself of a 21.5% tip and pressed the button without my knowledge. When I looked at the receipt, I realized what he did. Since the amount is not substantial and less than a dollar, I decided not to make a fuss about it with the cashier. However, management and customers must be warned that this is taking place in this Subway branch. What if the bill was larger? Cashiers should not be allowed and condoned to do this as it is considered as theft/fraud if money is taken from you without your approval regardless if it is a penny. I know life is hard and wage earners need every tip they can get, but fast food takeout tipping is not mandatory. If he just asked “Would you like to give a tip?” I probably would have. Dishonesty is dishonesty. Not coming back to this Subway again.

Worst service. Server name Islam would not follow instructions, would not cut our sandwich in half, refused to wrap the sandwich. Constantly fighting and cursing. The manager did not want to de-escalate the situation, instead try to pick a fight when we were exiting the restaurant. Truly unprofessional. Would not recommend this restaurant at all. They did not have the food on display like every other subway restaurant does. Bread was stale the lettuce was old. Not very sanitary.
