We always get food from here. Looks like the best in the area so far. We tried a few other a Chinese restaurants around but this one always beats the rest.

Maybe the ownership has change but the food is a little different. I've been eating here off and on for a number of years but my visit this week was just ok. Chicken with string beans was mostly string beans and the pieces of chicken were very small. This was a lunch special but even so it's not called string beans and chicken. The wonton soup had some cute smaller wontons. Service was good. Seating area was cold but they have a heat fan that made it warm where we were seated although the one bathroom was freezing. Drawback were the skinny tasteless noodles. I prefer the fat greasy ones. I may have to look for a new place.

This is the BEST Chinese food in the area hands down. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Wonton soup, sweet & sour chicken, chicken w/mixed vegetables, chicken wings, egg rolls, scallion pancakes, fried rice… everything is delicious.

This spot is okay for what it is. Better than the other chinese take out spot around the area. This place has some good eats like lo mein and sesame chicken. Would recommend a spin if u live around here.

My son, who loves the food here introduced me this restaurant. Not know they did Delivery at the time, a while back, I read the Zackts Report on the window. It was for having the best Dan Dan Noodles!! I tried them and they are One of My Favorites!! Besides the Hun Nan Beef! They are the only Place in Queens that I have had the Dan Dan Noodles from. Prices are good, the food is really Great!!The Lady who answers the Phone is the best.Thank You,A very Happy Customer

Doesnt look much when you pass, and I have never eaten there for that reason....but I frequently feel that this is the most excellent dinner delivery place in my neighborhood...and should consider a location/physical upgrade.Usually get hot & sour soup, always the guzhao chicken, the general tso's chicken, and string beans...often we add a lo mein or chow fun, and have food for a few days more, as they are on point too.

Only had take out from here but they have the best of both worlds! They have American Chinese staples like the general Tsos chicken and chicken with broccoli; but they also have touches of true Asian cuisine like the beef tendon, jellyfish and the sweet desserts. The food tastes a little bit healthier than your usual fast food takeout spot. The waitresses are always nice and friendly even when they are super busy. I always go for delivery or take out but the restaurant always seem full of patrons and tables full of take out orders. The seating area is a little outdated but I like the look, it ties in with the comfort of homey food. I have since moved away from the area but will still go back for take out when I'm in the mood!

I recently ordered delivery from Grand Sichuan Szechuan Restaurant in Rego Park, NY and while there were a few hiccups with my order, I found the food to be quite tasty overall. The beef lomein was a highlight, with the beef strips adding a nice texture to the dish. The general Tso's chicken was also enjoyable, with a flavorful sauce and a mix of veggies that gave it an unexpected twist. The hot and sour soup was decent, albeit with a few chunks of jelly-like substance, but it didn't detract from the overall taste.I did have to order the chicken wings and fries separately, which was a bit of a hassle, but the wings themselves were incredibly crunchy, and the fries were crispy despite being a bit hollow. While there were a few minor issues, I would still recommend Grand Sichuan Szechuan Restaurant, and I would certainly order from them again. The prices were reasonable, and the food had enough variety to keep things interesting. Overall, I would give my experience a 3.5/5 and probably order again in the future.

Chinese food delivery/takeout is a hit or miss most of the time, especially in this area. I would argue that lots of areas of NYC has this similar issue so to find a decent to good Chinese delivery/takeout place takes a lot of patience and searching. With that being said, THIS Chinese delivery/takeout place is by far the best in the neighborhood. They also have dining in but I never do that just because they aren't really known for it. But I've seen people do it so to each their own. Some of their best offerings are on the lunch special menu. Their dinner menu is just expanded and also pricier. The prices has steadily climbed. It climbed $1 pre-pandemic, it climbed $1 post-pandemic. And with inflation, I hope that is all the price hike that there is. While no one likes price hikes, I think it is understandably. But at the same time when lunch specials now cost about $10 on average instead of $7 on average, it is hard to justify eating out as much as I used to do. Delivery times tend to differ depending on time, day, and which delivery guy they send. However, their food quality seems to be pretty consistent. FAN.

Good portions, good service, delicious spicy Sichuan dishes. I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! My friend was craving Sichuan food and heard about Grand Sichuan from someone who posted in a Taiwanese group on Facebook. And I'm SO GLAD she was craving Sichuan! We only ordered from the Sichuan menu so can't speak to the other items on the menu. It was dinner on a weeknight. The restaurant was busy with takeout orders but there were plenty of seats available for dine-in. She was craving fish in chili sauce, and I was excited to see the loofah/gourd on the menu. I hadn't had that in a long time and it went really well with the spicy dishes. We also ordered beef tendon and gui zhou chicken. (We couldn't decide which Sichuan chicken dish to order so we asked the staff for her suggestion.) The chili fish was SO GOOD that she did not want to leave any behind and somehow found room to finish the rest after we each said we were full! The portions were big so we ended up with leftovers. Wish there were more of us dining that night so that we could have ordered additional dishes to share! I posted photos that night but my review came later, so I apologize if they aren't linked to my review.

I still order from the dinner and lunch menu. Even though the size of the soup containers have gotten smaller, I still order the wonton soup cuz still comes with three wontons. I used to love the corn soup, but now it's watered down and less corn kernels floating. Recently, I ordered its beef and broccoli. It's my new favorite, plenty of al dente broccoli and a normal portion of sliced cooked beef, with properly cooked brown rice. The entree for the lunch and dinner menu still hasn't changed. Same portions, still decent. Food arrives hot to warm, when asking for delivery.
