I literally just called this venue . Worst customer service !!!!! An un polite person answer the phone by hello no greeting whatsoever asked what I wanted for had me on pause for a couple of minutes and hanged up in me !!!!! Soooo rude!!!!!

I love this place and I use it for all of my family events for years! I did my daughters batmitvah here, my 30th birthday here, and now my nephews Brit! Nadia is really amazing to work with and she hooks it up with the tables and the food! Food is perfect!!!! Overall such a pleasure!! Nadia is super helpful as well with advice on event planning!!! Love this place and I fully recommend!!!

We just had an event done at Versailles. Versailles is absolutely stunning and amazing hall. The food was fresh, delicious and the best part that we didn’t wait too long to get the food. The owner is sweet and honest! If you have an event I strongly suggest to do it at Versailles. I know I will continue to come back with more events.

I know Nadia personally for 14 years, first time I met Nadia, I was making first year celebration for my daughter and she took care of everything, menu’s, drinks, decorating, music etc…
In 2021 we made a 70 years birthday party for my Dad in Versailles palace, unforgettable memories, besides full tables and non-stop coming food, exceptional service, decorations and amazing live entertainment, Nadia was on a top of every single detail.
And now We hired Nadia for our son’s wedding, BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Nadia saved us a lot of money. She knows everything; Band, DJ, flowers, decorations, Photography, Videographer, liquor, wedding cakes, even stylist and makeup artist, shows, fireworks etc… Everything was beyond amazing! The food was bountiful, beautiful, and delicious. The service was unmatched — no glass was left to get empty — really, really happy with everything. Additionally, the personal attention leading up to our big day was beyond all expectations. Your guests won't be able to stop *positively* talking about the wedding, food and service -- ours haven't!

A horror of a hall, I do not recommend you to hold events there, the owner of the hall is simply a liar, promises things and in the end does nothing, you have to chase her to get her, simply a horror of a world, both expensive and unprofessional
