Awesome place in the middle of nowhere.
They had fantastic burgers, curly fries, onion rings. We ordered at the window, then took our food to an outdoor patio / picnic area.
We were looking for something to eat and my wife stumbled upon this place on Google. It was on our way but well worth the stop.
If we are ever here again, we’ll be back!

Classic country ice cream stand with food. I didn’t have food but it smelled good. The ice cream had lots of selection and was good. A little expensive but they do have a nice covered patio area with lots of tables

For a large soft serve vanilla ice cream cone you pay $7.07 with tax and for that price, you would figure, you would get more. I have gone to other places and paid cheaper and got more. This is a very disappointment. I will not be returning or bring in my family here. It won't let me add my pictures. If I figure out how I will update

This place is only open seasonally, but it's a great place to stop for a quick lunch. Travelling east from Rome to Speculator, it's the last place for a quick bite to eat with an area where you can walk your dog. An added bonus in rainy weather is the shelter over the picnic tables- soggy hot dog rolls may aid Joey Chestnut in cramming prodigious quantities of wieners down his gullet, but not my idea of how to enjoy a hot dog. The staff are friendly and efficient, and there are restroom facilities.

If you’re looking for amazing food and ice cream for a fair price this is where you go! The only problem is how slow the line is for ice cream, we waited about 25 minutes in the heat for ice cream! Other then that no complaints at all!

Ward's drive in is such a great fair weather treat. Open all summer for ice cream & delicious food. Lots of vacationers & campers stopping in for a cool down at the end of a long hot day. The ice creams are so big! Even the small is big!
