My daughter and I love to sneak away and gets frozen yogurt from time to time it’s always clean and staff is friendly what’s interesting is it’s mostly teens running it and they’re doing such a good job

This 16 Handles location is wonderful! The employees and especially Adam are so accommodating. The yogurt and ice cream, not to mention the toppings are spot on. I would suggest 16 Handles to everyone! They are definitely an asset to their community.

The staff here is always super helpful and friendly, no matter how busy. They do a great job keeping the location clean and toppings bar stocked, and if there’s a line it moves quickly. We’ve been coming here weekly this summer and have ALWAYS had a great experience :)

Brought my daughter and her friend there a few days ago for some yummy fro-yo. I was plesently surprised that they had 3 vegan options. I go vegan on some things to be sure they are dairy free due to lactose intolerance. I was so happy to be able to have a little cup of happy with my girls.
I’ve been to a few 16 handles stores in the area and this one by far the cleanest and I love sorbet so I’m always trying out the new flavors and they always have a great variety. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very enthusiastic worker who offered us samples of froyo. He was absolutely amazing and clearly loved his job. Definitely recommend
