First time eating here. Food seemed very authentic and tasted good. You order at the counter and they bring it out when ready. I had a steak quesadilla and partner for enchilada Verde, which was alittle different then we're used to. Very good authentic Mexican.
Our group of 5 came in on a Friday night during dinner rush, small family run place that was obviously understaffed that day with only 2 people on, so we were prepared to be patient for our food. Appetizers were delivered at a good pace, I heard a food processor running from the kitchen so things were being made on the fly. Very authentic food!! Perhaps the most authentic and well done in the Capital Region. I lived in Texas for 7 years and ate a ton of authentic Mexican restaurants. The server didn’t speak English very well but the owner did. He is originally from Mexico. We got tacos, tamales, carne asad, and chips and guacamole. There was a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. Let’s support this place!
