My wife went to the drive thru today and received her order but the worker asked her if she would like to tip them while holding her debit card which made her feel obligated to tip him.for what doing his job he didn't bring her food to a table or clean the up after her,maybe if he came out and clean her windshield then we'd tip.so you just lost another customer for making her feel obligated for nothing

Not a single person came up to the window while I sat waiting for 20 minutes! The guy came up asking me about some random food order while my food was sitting on the counter the whole time getting cold. Absolutely terrible service.

We loved the bagels. I actually crave these bagels about few times a year. The service was okay. The guy who took my order almost gave me a side eye and got annoyed because he thought i looked like I just got out of bed, which I did. Again service was kind of slow at the one in east green bush, ambience was nice and quiet, ten a clock on a Sunday morning.

I got a whole wheat bagel with pb&j. I realized after a good vegan option would have been veggies and hummus if they had it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

TWICE I have ordered a sausage egg and cheese only to receive a bacon egg and cheese which I cannot eat. Do yall not serve sausage???? Once I assumed was a mistake but twice????

Went inside since the line for the drive through was wrapped around the parking lot. Asked for 2 plain and 2 everything bagels with plain cream cheese, toasted. While waiting someone brought their "bacon, egg and cheese sandwich" they ordered at the drive through in because they got a bagel with cream cheese instead. I get home and only 3 bagels were in my bag. 3 separate people that went through the drive through had to come inside because of a wrong order while I was waiting. We love the bagels but that place needs to be revamped. What a disaster!!

I expected more from Bruegger's. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and got microwaved eggs, crusted oil disguised as "cheese" and paper thin "bacon" that was microwaved with the eggs. It was all tasteless. Even the bagel had no flavor whatsoever. $9 and it was gross.
