they sell moldy frozen somosa
Yummy Indian food and a store for groceries. Hard to understand and ask questions but they try.
Visited this place again recently after 3 months to have the sunday lunch buffet. Out of all the things that went wrong with this place, the first one is they posted the wrong menu online. The buffet menu had one less starter and one less snack than what was mentioned.
But that’s alright if the taste and quality was satisfactory, but no, each and every item was either too oily, too salty or just dry and cold. There’s just one person who didn’t even care to refill the empty containers, or bring water. He only responded when someone from the customers told him to refill the containers, which is ridiculous. I was skeptical about the non-veg curries, but my hunger got the best of me, and regretted it later that day because of a bad stomach ache. The food was definitely old and was reheated.
I have no intention of going back to that place, but this is just to warn the other customers. Do yourselves a favor and save your money by not going there.
We had a lovely experience here. Happened upon them for lunch and the buffet was lovely. Lots of choices. A lil pricy for lunch but still so much to choose from. They brought us Naan and had a lovely Chai tea to finish! So nice not to have to go to Albany for great indian food. Also the market attached was great AND had fresh produce. Prices looked good and we will be returning!
I had heard a lot about this place, so when my cousin visited from Seattle, we decided to come here for lunch on Saturday. Unfortunately, the buffet was quite disappointing—it didn’t seem fresh at all.
Take out was always good but dine is a hit and miss. Especially don’t go for Friday buffet. It’s expensive (20$ weekend buffet price) and food is not good(less spicy and no flavor). We went on weekend on other days and food was okay.
Amazing food.
Great food and waiter was very attentive. Large menu with lots of great choices. First time stopping in but will be back soon!
Had a special buffet today, mann!! Blew my mind. Ichipadesirru ?. Little bit high cost, but its ok ?

Worst service on dosa night. One of the manager yelled at me, when i asked about the refilling buffet . Worst dosas. I suggest don’t go to this restaurant. One of the worst experience i have ever had.

Beautiful little place in the middle of Albany located at East Greenbush area.
The food is a typical south indian style cuisine (Hyderabad) and I really liked it.
I live in NJ but when i travel to Albany i never forget to visit this place for buffet especially which is very low price and best around the area.
Please try this area once if you really like nice spicy dishes.
Don’t forget to try the Mysore Bonda as this is the best in the east coast area.
