Love chick fil a the customers service is always top tier. However the wait is always at least 12 minutes long at all times. Even if there is 1 person ahead of me the line. I’m working on my patience lol
I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Andre. I went in to order a breakfast sandwich and ran into a problem with my order, but Andre immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to help. He took the time to explain the situation clearly, made sure I understood everything, and provided excellent A1 customer service from start to finish. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was corrected perfectly.
