I just have to give a huge shout-out to our server Chris! He wasn’t just attentive he made the whole experience fun. He had that perfect mix of charm and professionalism; our drinks were always full, our food came out hot, and he somehow remembered every little detail we asked for.

He checked on us at just the right times and had the kind of easy conversation that made the night feel special. Fantastic service from the bar tender Amanda. The server Kamryn is an extremely hard worker, very polite. Super clean place, the manager Danielle never put the broom down. Fiona never stopped all night. What a wonderful place.

I saw the tiktok cheese pull videos and made me want to go to Chili's. I went to the one in North Greenbush and had two waitresses, I think Amanda and Kamryn, they were amazing! I will definitely be back for more mozzarella sticks 😋

The food is always delicious at this location by far my favorite place to dine in at. My server Jamaine was attentive, knowledgeable and very respectful. I recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t been to this location yet .

Amazing food and atmosphere

I wish my chicken sandwich was hot when it came out. The fries were hot and really good. Our server was friendly and checked on us frequently.

Love their burgers! Can be a little noisy if busy.

The person behind the bar was pleasant, professional, and fast. The salsa for the chips was not so good. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

Took a party of 6 for lunch today and it was pleasant. Food wasn't super fast but everything was correct when it came out, everyone was happy with their selection and the waitress was attentive without being annoying.
$200 for 6 people with drinks and desserts is a bargain!
