This place is absolutely filthy. The windows are so dirty the tables are dirty the floors are dirty and where you get your soda is filthy I got my food and I was actually afraid to eat it the meat chicken was all dry like yesterday chicken.i came in 11:00 .

I ordered a bowl tonight and this is what I ended up with. I’ve been to most Chipotle locations in the Capital Region and the quality has seriously gone downhill. It’s getting ridiculous — and the management at these stores is just as bad, letting standards slide more and more every time.

The lobby was trashed, literally looked like a food fight took place in it! Refused to take a fork from their silverware station, that was also gross.

Most likely our recent experience is the last time we will order from this location. Take out order-food that literally looked like it had been thrown against the wall before it was put into the bag, puny portions, ie a burrito bowl that wasn’t half filled, virtually no meat, was suppose to be carnitas, mostly beans and not much else of what was ordered…..tacos that were suppose to be barbocoa beef had no meat and mostly rice with a couple other added ingredients. For $47 the quality and quantity of this order was ridiculous. Do better Chipotle!

Did a pick up order and it literally weighed half as much as an in person order, double meat(yeah right!), oh you want chips nahh let's forget them entirely. This is one chain I cant wait to go bankrupt!

My kids love chipotle, this location after 6 is bound to have run out of main ingredients. No chicken, no guacamole, no beans. Also the tables are always dirty and drinks are frequently out. Seems that the operations needs to be adjusted to accommodate the volume of customers

Every Chipotle I have visited in the capital region is chaotic behind the line with food everywhere. Ive seen them stop serving to sweep food off the floor, it's terrible. I told my granddaughter I would never go to Chipotle again.

Filthy tables, filthy bathroom, incompetent employees, but decent food. This was my experience in mid-May of this year.
Not the type to bash a restaurant but I placed an online order when I went to pick it up the doors were locked and they claimed they only had one employee working who was individually taking orders, not the employees fault but poorly ran, gave them a chance the following day They not only forgot all meat and rice but replaced it with lettuce and a third of the entire bowl was water which I assume was from the lettuce or the beans absolutely disgusting I would never return to this chipotle again after years of going there

Food was decent. Employees were unwelcoming and angry. Zero customer service skills. Terrible communication skills with each other as well as with customers. Very slow behind the line. There was a spoon on the floor behind the counter and instead of picking it up, one of the workers kicked it out of the way. Garbage was overflowing. I just couldn’t believe how miserable the workers were. Worker behind the counter dishing out the food was slow and miserable. The place was dirty. What a poorly run place!
