The night crew is a disaster. The place is a mess, can’t/wont stock the food, and one girl has such a shitty attitude. If it weren’t for her teammates, the place would completely fall apart. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location in the evening again.

This has to be the most mismanaged Chipotle in the Capital Region.

My wife and I have been coming to this location regularly as an after-gym treat for a year now. Usually about once a week or every other week, depending on how we feel. While we generally enjoy Chipotle, this location is consistently terrible.

They are ALWAYS out of something—if not multiple things (which is usually the case). Our running joke is, "You don't tell Chipotle what you want; they tell YOU what you're getting." For instance, today they were out of steak, chicken, fajita veggies, and root beer. I can't even remember the last time we walked in and they actually had all the proteins available, not to mention the other toppings.

The food:
It's hard to complain here because Chipotle's food generally tastes the same everywhere. However, they always seem to overload on the rice and skimp on the protein, see the staff section below.

The facility:
This place is perpetually dirty. There are always napkins, food, forks, etc., scattered all over the floor. If you're lucky, you might find one table that's not completely covered in food to sit at. They're always out of essential items (soda, ice, forks, napkins, Chipotle sauce, etc.) because nothing gets restocked. I don't think the hand sanitizer dispenser has been filled or worked in a year. You never see staff cleaning tables, and the garbage bins are consistently overflowing or missing. Just last week we witnessed a couple walk in, the Wife took one look at the food counter, shook her head and said to the Husband, "let's go somewhere else" then left in disgust.

The staff:
The staff always seem bothered by customers. Granted, they are likely understaffed, underpaid, overworked, poor working conditions, etc., which leads back to the mismanagement issue. I usually order double protein, and it’s always a gamble whether I'll actually get double meat in my $20+ bowl, or not. But they never fail to charge for it. They act like giving you two full scoops is coming out of their paycheck. PRO TIP: Ask for your protein choice and wait for them to serve the first scoop before asking for double. This is pretty much the only way to ensure you don’t get two half scoops.

So every time I come to this location...they are out of either steak white rice and guac, a lot...and last time I went thet were out of both those items at 830...the store was disgusting...not just here n there it's whenever I come to this location...but mind u all 3 workers that were working were all coming from the side all at once...I didn't realize if u have 3 workers all 3 are on a break...anyway today I go in...and the food portion especially coming from a bowl is definitely not worth 16 bucks....I asked for just a few more pieces of steak ...like literally a few ..not a scoop...like please i work in management don't tell me u were going to have to charge me for extra meat...I get it...if I was one of ur family or friend u wouldn't even charge lol...or maybe u need ur food cost down for ur bonus...jipping customers out of food or telling them u have to charge for double meat when I asked for 2 or 3 more little slices of steak is absurd...I will not ever come back to this store...I'll travel the extra couple miles if need be..for all the times even in the last month I've had to leave for always being out of something ..not worth the disappointment....

Place was a mess, they were out of chips and several other ingredients. I was told they wouldn’t have chips for a long time because the opening manager didn’t show and so they were behind. It was going on 5pm, if the opening manager didn’t show and another one hasn’t come in by 5pm that’s a problem.

My family & I have given this Chipotle so many chances. Today, once again, they’re “out” of fajita veggies before 5 pm which would be cool if they were going to make more, but no. How am I supposed to get a veggie burrito without the veggies?? Don’t bother going to this location. They’re. Not. Even. Trying.

After today I'm over this location and am calling customer service. EVERYTIME I come here there out of something, don't have something , food is rushed out not being seasoned right ( rice with alot of salt or lacking, no cilantro, fajitas but they are barley cooked , brisket that is hard to chew ) chipotle needs to address there understaffed issue at this location 1 person should not be making bowls and checking everyone out . But to wait 20 min of your lunch break to get up to the front and there barley be any white rice/ brownn ( it's being rushed to make ) , no fajitas which is common for this location , barley any meat , and THEY ARE NOT DOING CHIPS AT THE FRONT LINE ?????? oh and they had bigger bags of chips soooo idk why they couldn't. at this point im done wasting my lunch and time at this location which is clearly understaffed and the food is beyond bland.

This location is terrible. The guy making my bowl was wiping seat from his face and got upset when i asked him to change his gloves. And this location is always out of things. I asked the staff if they only make fajitas once a day and he said we are short staffed we don’t have time to make any. So yeah i won’t visit this location again.

Ordered a bowl to go. I was given a half scoop of rice, quarter scoop of beans and a 3/4 scoop of chicken. Lettuce had ice on it and I barely got shredded cheese. When I asked for a little more chicken, he told me I'd be charged for double meat. Normally when I get my bowl I can't see the bottom,I could see both bottom ends of my bowl. I eat at almost every chipotle in Albany and Saratoga throughout the month as I work in different towns daily. This is easily the worst chipotle in the capital region. From employee actions to overall speed and satisfaction this chipotle is lacking in many facets.

My significant other has gotten food from this chipotle dozens of times. In the last about five times we have gone, she has been able to pick up her food and walk out. we often have had to wait 20 minutes or more even though she orders more than half an hour in advance, piss poor management by those in charge of the workers leads to the poor workers being overworked, having massive lines of people in the store plus massive lines of people waiting for orders. Would love management to figure their stuff out so we aren’t waiting years for “fast” food. on the positive side, the workers apologize almost every time for how overworked and understaffed they are. When do we think the management will get the hint? My guess is never.

I don't typically write bad reviews on anything ever but this has happened too many times including being a genuine health and safety concern that I needed to write this.

Nearly every time we order online through the app we receive our order with parts of the entree missing (today it was no rice in the burrito, and for some reason instead of the mild salsa they put plain corn in the bowl. Other times it's missing fajitas or rice or the quesadilla is burned. We also have typically been missing sides that we order for the bowl.)

The last time we ordered I also found a piece of steel wool in my burrito. I decided to leave it be and hope it was a one-off, but now getting our food in the condition it was in today had me feeling pretty upset at the consistent poor quality of the food when ordering online. Especially when ordering in store everything appears fresh and they portion everything well. Might have to stick to ordering in store from now on.

Were out of many items, food was sloppily prepared, and they put so much liquid it soaked the bowl and ripped the bag. Saw many improper instances of improper food handling... so disappointed.

Show up they are out of steak, brisket, vegetables and pork. Guy looks at me and says what can I get for you, i only have chicken. Then when I ask how long he says I don't know. Absolutely the worst Chipotle around. They are always out of everything, never worth going here. Literally just had to leave with no food. For the 2nd time.

Had a couple of employees that were not well versed in customer service, but I haven't seen them there again. Food is good, service is quick. The main complaint I have is the condition of the dining area. This store is busy most of the time, and people are slobs. While I can lay blame on them for not having someone out to clean tables and drink station, it is also the customer who don't need to leave a total mess behind. Sticky tables, food left, just pick up after yourself. Don't rely on these guys to do it for you. Though it would be good to do a sweep fairly often. Oh, and the ice dispenser needs attention. Always dumps too much ice and that makes a mess too....
