We tried to get coffee here this morning and we're told we could use the kiosk to place our own order or it was just going to be a while before they would help us. They had no less than 5 workers behind the counter and refused service. We were the only people in the store.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. Tomorrow I have to call the police because one of their employee goes by the name "Gizzle" & girlfriend Jakara stole $500 from me today. They befriended me/she made me look at her phone at pictures while her sleezy boyfriend stole $500 out of my wallet. I just moved to the Albany Area from Long Island and this happens. Welcome to town. Thanks Dunkin Donuts for employing thieves. I have gone to the police and I'm assuming either they will get employee records. Sweet, sweet couple. Watch your backs. Thanks "Dunkin Donuts" I will be going to Corporate if not compensated for my -$500 that they took.

Went a few times every time coffee tasted stale, and my food messed up in bag… got an iced coffe “no ice” needed to save for later and they only filled it up half way! I don’t think I’ll be returning

I was passing by Rensselaer, NY, on an Amtrak train and we had a halt of an hour and half. I wanted to get an egg sandwich and some oat milk but the station does not have food. So I looked for coffee shops around the station on Google maps and DD was the closest. I decided to walk there. I ordered an egg sandwich in a butter croissant and asked if they had oat milk as I get caffeine migraines. One of the staff members declined, but Queii was kind enough and told me she will make an exception for me. I was super happy with my experience at this DD. They were busy in the drivethru but I got my order very quickly. My egg croissant was perfectly made and oat milk was the icing on cake.Thank you for taking such great care of visitors passing by your city. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended.

Beware of flying objects from the drive-through window!!! That can cause damage to you, and your vehicle. Totally bypassed Barbara(the supposed manager) it's way above her pay grade. Immediately make your police report and file your court documentation ASAP anything else will be a waste of your time. My vehicle was damaged in April 2023 I am still waiting on them to fix the damages, made to my vehicle while sitting in their drive-through. No fault of mine here it is October Smh. The COO Wyclif Kpanou of Westside Dount Ventures is the biggest joke of them all!! Beware he will contact you telling you where to get your vehicle fixed, he will also have his “secretary” play on your phone, indicating that she is part of the legal team. You know what they say when it is Unprofessionalism from the top, self-explanatory.
I literally just there waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes, decided to drive up to the window because no one answered me. I seen the back door open I left the drive-through window came back around to order. The back door was closed sat there to order long story short someone was in there, but they were hiding so they didn’t have to make any more coffee. It’s always an issue when I go there either they’re closed or their machines are broke or they don’t have any French vanilla swirl. It’s just ridiculous.

I just had the worst experience ever at the Rensselaer Dunkin Donuts. Went there at 4:25 pm on Sunday 8/13/2023 to get my free ice coffee ( from the app I have ) and the employee couldn’t get it to work and proceeded to tell me I had a fake one. I tried to show him it’s from my app that I have had for over 2 years. He wasn’t listening or giving a care and just kept saying nope, nope , nope . I was so angry I handed him back the ice coffee because he obviously was expecting me to pay for it ( which I wasn’t going to do when I should have gotten my free one) , and I left. I will never ever go there again. He didn’t have on a name tag either. If this is how they are going to treat good customers then they will lose business. I did call and leave a message for the manager and I am awaiting a phone call Monday morning….I gave one star but not even worth that star……
