Service at Drive thru was pretty bad. She rushed us for an order and then got it wrong. I asked for oat milk espresso with cinnamon. I got almond milk and coffee milk in it with no cinnamon. Why are they trying to make me sick? Stomach cramps half the night and I only had a few sips of it. Tried to call and they don't answer the phone voicemail was full so Im not the only one calling to complain obviously.

Staff was super friendly and took down a long line is a short time. Iced coffee is my once a week treat and these ladies make it so delicious for me. Most Dunkin sandwiches suck but theirs are good. I tried their muffins and delicious.I see why the line is long.
Employees are rude and ignore you. If you head to the pick up spot, no one will talk to you or even look at you. They just shove the orders forward, not confirming who you have.

hi! im a returning customer and hate to leave poor reviews, but the staff were absolutely horrible to me. they ignored me when i was waiting to be served and the drink i ordered wasnt up to the standard that dunkin claims to have. i went to the bathroom and there was a lot of mess that made me unable to even go into the stall because i was so disgusted. unfortunately i will not be returning because of this awful experience.
